Very long support wait times for small businesses
The size of your business depends entirely on how their support service will respond to you, their e-mail support is so slow & inefficient, and their live messaging and call service is always busy on weekends and weekdays. It takes at least 1 hour to get a support person on peak working hours.
If you also a customer of multiple products from this company it's confusing on where to get help as there are separate departments and contact forms to get help. I have contacted sales on accident at least 3 times before finally finding the support page for my specific service.

It is so unbelievably difficult to contact TheOpenRoad customer support, they don’t answer emails on weekends, and their live chat support is pre-sales questions only. Their services are alright and high quality, just their customer service that sucks.
