Trash company with trash product and trash return policy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
They did not want to give a refund on the shoes I bought because I TRIED IT ON. The shoes are beyond cheap, and extremely uncomfortable.
I disputed this with my CC company on 9/5/24. The representative from Orthofit kept emailing me ridiculous refund/store credit offers, I rejected them all, and told him that unless he was offering a full refund, don't waste
his time. This morning, 9/6/24, I have a email giving me full refund.

DO NOT BUY. I was duped into thinking this was an American company and manufacturer. I had to contact them as I hadn’t received any shipping notification. They get 1 star for responding and sending a tracking number. Once I checked that number, it was for a China courier. Crap!
I received the shoes and they are cheap, cheap, cheap knock offs of probably an American made shoe.
So, 2nd star is for the actual product arriving. But based on the other reviewers experience, I am not going to bother trying to return them.
Save your money!

-5 stars for this company. The worst quality plastic molded shoes straight from China you will ever come across! And you can FORGET trying to return them (at your own cost) because you’ll never get your money back! The company will tell you that because you opened the cheap plastic packaging (reeking to high heavens of chemicals) to try on the most uncomfortable shoes renders them “used”! Can you believe that?!? I had to call my bank to report this company as fraudulent. They credited my account for the amount spent. I also filed a complaint with the BBB along with about 17 other victims.
Steer clear of this company! They are thieves 😡
