The Little Outlook Reviews 

I made a reservation which was supposed to be Pay at the Hotel and was immediately (6 months prior to arriving) charged the full amount. Thinking I must have checked the wrong box, I cancelled that one and rebooked and made doubly sure that the right box was checked. Again they (Manolete Investements) immediately took the funds, now they have a significant amount of money, inappropriately obtained and I cannot get this rectified by Hotels.com or the Hotel. It may be nice but not sure it is worth this aggravation.

The views are great, the serving waitress met all our needs and very friendly. The ambiance is great.

The service was very welcoming, polite and friendlyand helpful. Every effort was made by Ruvimbo and Byron to attend to our requests and queries.

The reception was so warm, I felt important and appreciated. The housekeeping lady made me feel at home, the rooms are clean, my son enjoyed swimming of note the pool is very clean. My son didn't want us to leave and definitely wants to visit the Little Outlook again and the Big outlook which is still under construction. The food from the chef was also delicious, a must have again. I appreciate the add on typing service I got from the reception...thank you!

The hospitality was extraordinary. we felt most welcome. The room was great with all the amenities and comforts of home.The Chef Mr Pie'Oh was most helpful and friendly .
