I have used The Outnet many times and never had a problem. Returns are free, a little more complicated post Brexit. Customer service is easy to contact and very helpful. Refunds are processed pretty quickly considering items are returned to Italy.
The store refused to refund money back to my bank card and returned it in the form of “store credit”, despite the fact that I chose to return it to my card. Customer support is terrible , the store unilaterally provided “store credits” even though it contradicts their own rules of Refunds on the website.
The Outnet continues to provide poor customer service. My order was cancelled and received back at their NJ warehouse. This company now has the merchandise and has not processed my refund as promised. This situation is unbelievable; it amounts to theft. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. Buyer beware.
I ordered at OUTNET.com but they did not send me an invoice.
So I asked for invoice in Jun and they answered that they will arrange it and get me back, but they never come back .
I asked again now in November for an invoice, and they answered that it is not possible to send it.
It is very strange, that registered company can not send invoice for purchased goods .
I think the company has responsibility to send an invoice to customer, who payed for goods.
