55 dollars for shipping is way too expensive

I'm mentally disabled and can't work and my son is obsessed with Denis. I hear about it constantly. His dream is to meet him. I asked him what he wants most for Christmas this year and he chose a mug from the shop which is $20 and a plush for $27. $27 for a plush seemed way too expensive but it's what he wants most so I wanted to get it. I thought it was doable until I checked how much shipping was. I told him that I most likely can't get it for him and I apologized and he's hoping Santa will. He knows the true meaning of Christmas and he's grateful for everything he gets but he gets so little. I'm a single mom who can't work and it's really heartbreaking seeing such expensive prices for everything. It's sad that my son's favorite person (outside of family) doesn't care about kids and is just using them for money. I hope my son finds someone new to look up to.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. As everyone else has mentioned Denis Daily’s company is taking advantage of children with their high prices and expensive shipping costs. I ordered the Denis Daily graffiti hoodie in medium which is the size my 8 year old normally wears, but it arrived way too small. The hood hardly fits on his head and he’s not able to put his arms up. And they will not let me exchange. They say all sales are final. I do not recommend making any purchases from Denis Daily.

Ordered over-priced Denis sweatshirt Dec. 14 2020 and was promised Xmas delivery. Still nothing on Jan. 8. 2021. Denis is clearly just trying to take advantage of children.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased Denis Merch! I had the same experience a lot of these other reviewers had...purchased a graffiti hoodie for my son at his request because he loves Denis on You Tube even though it is very over priced. I ordered the same size he usually wears and it arrived at least 2 sizes to small! I sent an email asking for an exchange for a larger sweatshirt or even just a credit for something other that clothing on the site! I was told that all sales are final - that's it...so I'm stuck with a sweatshirt that my son can't even wear and I'm out the money! Horrible customer service!!!

5 weeks waiting for my order so far no sign of it coming

I ordered my son the graffiti hoodie when it released for pre order. My son LOVES denis and has wanted merch for years. I’ve always thought it was WAY over priced so I opted not to purchase. Then Denis announced the new hoodie and my son was beyond excited and just “ had to have it “. When I got my order confirmation and saw that this almost $50 hoodie was coming from China I was anxious and disappointed about the purchase. I can’t believe how expensive these items are when they aren’t even locally manufactured. Anyways I ordered the hoodie I believe early august and it just came today sept 29. I can’t comment to the shipping time as it was a preorder ... a month and a half seems pretty long but I kept my expectations low. The hoodie itself while is decent quality and looks exactly like it is in the picture, there is “Denis” stitched to the top right chest area and its thick and done very well.. on the back side near the right side hem there is a sir meows a lot decal. But the hoodie RUNS SUPER SMALL!!! . My son is 9 years old and average sized .. I bought him a youth large so that it would fit longer.. I honestly was worried that my son would swim in it at first but it’s just the opposite! He struggled to get his arms in. I hope that he’s able to fit in it for at least a few months but I wish that I’d known how small it was. I would have gotten the adult small. The site does have the size dimensions listed for each size but I don’t keep a measuring tape on hand .. I just picked the size based off what size I generally buy. Overall I’d say we’d purchase again but only because my son idolizes Denis. The reaction to him opening his gift was priceless!

My son absolutely LOVES your YouTube channel, though I am terribly sad that this merch is a bit overpriced. And I cannot afford it. Please lower the prices, after all school started soon!

Guys maybe the package did not come because you are living in a different country or state maybe they did not come because they could not deliver the package during COVID-19

Alright, I was ready to come on here and write a scathing review about not receiving the product I ordered and not getting communication back from Juniper, but I DID receive the product and felt I should come on and give a review saying so to give them some credit.

Denis merch, IMO, is overpriced. But my son loves him and begged for Sir Meows A Lot, so we sprung for it. After placing an order on June 2, 2020, I received an email on June 4, 2020 saying it was on its way & had been shipped (from China). I received a link with tracking details. I kept checking and all seemed fine and things were updated, until June 13 when my package arrived in LA. After that I got NO UPDATES.

I came on here and read terrible reviews and got really nervous I’d have to dispute the charge and that it would never come. On July 4, 2020, I messaged the customer service email with an automated reply saying they’d get back to me. They never did -

The next day I got an email saying my package was scheduled for delivery by end of day Monday. It came today and I gotta say.. it’s actually a really high quality stuffed animal. I’m impressed and Denis got some major street cred from Mama now.

I don’t know if I got lucky. I didn’t mind the wait as long as it actually came and was worth it- and it was. So ... I’m happy. My son is too, he freaked out and hasn’t let Sir Meows A Lot go.

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a Sir Meows A Lot 5/20 and to this day 6/25 I have not received it. I keep asking for updates and keep extending the delivery date. At this rate they should at least offer free shipping cause it’s ridiculous! It travels all over the world I can see it on the map and it just can’t get to its final destination. It has literally landed in like 5 states and 3 cities within each state smh it’s insane! Will never ever order again from here. I advise everyone else to NOT order from this place. Save your frustration!

If I could give zero stars I would. My son has always wanted Denis merch and we never could afford it. We scrapped together to buy him a shirt and stuffed sir meows for his birthday. He is borderline autistic and has a really rough time with Covid. He's 6 turning 7 next week. We ordered April 28th to give plenty of time with customs and everything since my sons birthday is June 14th. We have recieved no updates since May 19th. No one will reply back to me to even discuss it. I ended up finding the same products on Amazon a LOT cheaper and coming sooner. Yes, they will be knock offs, but it's better than my son not getting the 2 things we ordered for his birthday. I have been so frustrated and thought it was just me but apparently it's not. I will NEVER order from Pals again. EVER. They won't even reply back to offer a refund like their website promises. I don't see how they are even allowed to be in business. And if their streamers are ok with this then they are just as crappy. That just shows their greed and no care for their followers.

Despite some of the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised when the goods arrived in 6 days from China to the UK. Quality of the goods was excellent particularly the graffiti backpack which has a lovely finish. Only regret was ordering before all the Valentine's offers but my son was delighted so that's worth more than the same $10 saving.

Delivery was within time frame originally set-out, was able to track the order from dispatch to delivery. Products of ok standard. Son was very happy to receive his Denis Merch for Christmas - that was the main thing.

Their shipping service is the worst. Same problem as with most buyers. Almost a month later, parcel has not arrived yet. And money was taken right after I placed the order!! My son did not receive his much wanted Sr Meows a lot for Christmas and was very sad.
Do not buy from them!! Unless you have no hurry at all and have your whole life to wait....

I ordered an item expedited 2 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. The item is just like it was described. I was nervous after reading other reviews but I could not be more pleased

Do not buy from this company. They take your money and than do not deliver. Sent many emails and made some Facebook posts but nothings been resolved.

Something does not look right to me, however I am told there is nothing wrong with this limp necked plush. THIS is what I paid $25 for??? My son was so excited then SO disappointed. Heartbreaking.
