Installed 3 of these in SF. I have installed hundreds if not thousands of doors in the past 40 years. These doors are a bit if a challenge to instal , directions are poorly written, the parts seem well made but the customer service is a 0. I notice here they only respond to praising reviews. They won't get that from me. For what these cost they could do MUCH better.

We recently had an Origin front door and Origin glazed side panels fitted and have nothing but 100% praise for the service, expertise, treatment, fitting and after sales service from the Panoramic Door Company in Swindon and recommend them to anyone looking for quality from start to finish!
I would also like to mention the extra service they provided to us in correcting faults/problems from our previous Origin bi-fold installers who had gone into liquidation!

PDC went above and beyond what they needed to do for us and corrected work which others had installed incorrectly.

I love the way they look and when the weather is good they're great. However, if it is raining and blowing the doors leak all over the floor, and if you live in the North, we're in Canada, they aren't the best. They ice up and are just so so for insulation value. So in short if you live in the south great, the north find something else. Also my calls and emails...so far 10 months no answers , help or advice....Zero.

I only give a 1 because a 0 is not an option.
Absolutely no customer support at all - like NONE.
Doors corroded in a year - only response I got after dozen emails and 18 months is you are within 1 mile of ocean so not warranty but we can give you quote to buy parts to fix!!! Better note that exclusion before buying. That being said still waiting on such quote to pay for parts to fix and now to date 18 months later NOTHING.

Please see my extensive review on Yelp (Matt O) left on Oct 17, 2020. Bottom line is you should look elsewhere. Don't be convinced otherwise. The best thing that can happen is you break even. Just realize that 'when' you have an issue, their track record with customer service will leave you hanging out to dry. Please do not waste your money (like me). Buy another door.

Great people to work with at the installation of windows, doors & lantern in a new orangery. However 2 glass sections now have internal condensation. No response to contact: customer service is nonexistent.

I embarked on the project of a lifetime, a dream self build called Falling Water. PDC worked with me to supply and supply and fit some complex bespoke elements. I had seen a negative review but having been in the building trade understood how easy it is to fall foul of a disgruntled temperament, so I decided after long and reassuring conversations with the guys to go ahead. I am very pleased to say that the customer service and helpful 'nothing too much trouble' approach was a godsend and together we glazed the stunning atrium elevations framing the view to the woodland waterfall that inspired my dream 15 years before.

We have had a set of bi-fold doors and a window fitted in our new extension. They both looked great in Anthracite grey with chrome fittings.
After placing an order our site was inspected to ensure that all sizes and measurements were all okay and that the installation would be smooth and trouble free. Window and doors were installed as arranged to an excellent standard.
After a few months a fault developed with the door alignment. After a phone call to report this Barry and his team attended the next day to sort this out. This was a great response and showed a great deal of aftercare service.
I would thoroughly recommend this company as the service both during and after the products were fitted was first rate

We wanted to install a bi-fold door to replace an old patio door set. We had endless meetings with other suppliers and were tired of the endless discussions and hard sell that we had to put up with. These guys were a very refreshing change. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, asked great questions and best of all NO hard sell.

The work was carried out quickly and easily by two very pleasant workmen who tidied away everything ( including the old doors) after they were finished. We discovered a small cosmetic error later that evening and the teams at Panoramic were back within less than 24 hours to make everything perfect.

The door looks fantastic but what made this company stand out was the exceptional level of service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Barry and his team from PDC have done a great job installing our bifolds (and other windows and doors) in our new extension. We are delighted with the end result and the PDC team have put a lot of effort into getting the installation right, with excellent attention to detail.

My property is old and stone built so that when I wanted to install two double glazed windows at the front I needed something special that suited the property. The Panoramic Door Company (PDC) offered what I was looking for: quality wood framed windows. Their prices were naturally higher than those of standard uPVC windows but were within the price range of similar windows from other companies. My experience with PDC was outstanding. In fact, I went on a couple of months later to order two more windows from them for the front upstairs windows. It is a bit of a cliché in reviews to say that a company goes ‘above and beyond’ to provide a service. However, in the case of PDC, it is the only way to describe what happened. They excelled at every level, from customer service, through the quality of the product itself, to the actual installation. Everyone involved showed a real passion for what they did. Most noticeable of all was the sheer attention to detail. I had an initial consultation at home to talk through options – colour, window design etc. Then came a technical survey by an experienced engineer; this basically ensured that the installation itself would go smoothly. When the windows arrived and were installed, I’ll mention just two small details but I think they give an insight into the company. First, my old windows had what I think are called ‘monkey tail’ latches. Although these hadn’t seemed to be available for the windows I ordered, PDC had sourced some and supplied them with the new windows. Secondly, the engineer had taken a photo of the old windows and the installers brought a colouring additive so that the cement around the new windows matched the colour of the old cement. I don’t normally write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend PDC and just want to share my experience with them.

Had two sets of Origin bifold doors supplied and fitted in 2016 and they still look as good as the day they were installed. Fantastic installation and after sales.

Brilliant company to deal with from quote stage through to installation.
Fitters were excellent and went the extra mile, even down to giving the glass a crystal clean, which certainly saved me a job!

We are in the process of replacing most of our windows and doors, probably over 3 or 4 stages. We wanted a company that was responsive and understanding of our needs and budget. We also wanted a value added installer of our preferred manufacturer of windows and doors. We also wanted to ensure that we were happy with the price and quality of service during the initial phase before progressing to the 2nd and subsequent phases. We visited a 'work in progress' reference customer and were convinced we were making the right choice. We are very pleased with the initial phase in all aspects and we are now progressing to the 2nd phase. There are no outstanding issues and we are expecting the same level and quality of service into the future.

Sales rep turned up on time for our initial appointment, was very well informed on the products available and helpful in our final choice of product.
Fitting team arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly, explaining what they were doing and making sure we understood what was happening.
they are not the cheapest company but are well worth the extra for the quality of the product and their working practices
