Gift

Parcel Concierge never let me down. They always have a great selection of gifts to choose from and if you are looking for ideas, Karen and the team at Parcel Concierge are a great help. Really handy that they will organise delivery of your gift too, at a very reasonable price.

Recently brought 4 Christmas hampers…

Recently brought 4 Christmas hampers and the service was excellent. I had to send 2 hampers last minute to the recipients and the team couldn't of been more helpful in accommodating this.

The hampers were full of beautiful gifts and all were delighted.

There was a slight blip with my order. The way they acted fast to resolve it beyond my expectations was fantastic. They clearly care for their customers. Brilliant service!

Excellent client service

Excellent client service - responsive, pleasant staff and on-time delivery of the gift I purchased. Lovely choice of products and possibility to make a custom hamper which was really appreciated by the recipients. I highly recommend this service.

100% recommend all the team in the parcel concierge. Welcoming staff and always on hand to offer great advice. Super products and the best wines. If it’s as important to you as it is to me to support local and Irish you don’t need to look any further than here. 5 star. Sadhbh🤩

Highly recommend

I buy from the parcel concierge a few times a year, they’re always so friendly and helpful
My last visit the shop was just closing as I arrived but the girl stayed open late while I browsed and picked my items
She was super helpful and didn’t rush me at all even though it had past closing time
She took her time wrapping my gifts and gave advice on wine & Prosecco
Customer service like this is why I shop at the Parcel Concierge

We are very impressed…

We are very impressed with Parcel Concierge. They were very prompt and efficient and we are delighted they are close by also. They had a little known wine we love and when we ordered a bottle on-line, they delivered it the next day ! They also ordered in more for us.
We will shop here again soon.
