Dishonest cowboys. Took my money three months back said issue refund becasue didn't have part. Guess what? never did issue refund, not replying to emails.
Having to go back to credit card company and also looking at legal proceedings.
Worst comapny I've ever had to deal with online. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a part for my boiler had no issues with the site or ordering system. Received an email the next day to say the part was actually out of stock and that they would refund the purchase. It’s been over a month since then with no response to any of my emails and no refund. Do not trust this company to act in a professional manner!

If I could leave zero stars I would!

Ordered an emergency part Friday for Saturday delivery, never turned up. Chased and chased, no call from the company themselves at any point throughout.
We had no heating or hot water, this didn’t seem to matter one bit. Even though I advised it’s minus temperatures and we have a young child in the house.
Once we eventually obtained a tracking number it showed the part was not sent Friday. UPS confirmed they didn’t receive the part from the company when they should of done.
We had to chase UPS, at no point did Ryan who is the boss of this amateur run company offer his support in any way.
Promised he’d email me proof that he sent the part when he said he did....never received!
Promised we would be copied in to an email that he said he would send to UPS....this never happened either!!!
There is zero customer support and Ryan has no conscience.
The part turned up 1 week after we ordered it, UPS tracking showed the service was a standard shipping service so was never sent as a priority part, which is what we ordered it as.
Because this went on for so long, we have now lost our plumber to other jobs we also have a water damaged ceiling, as the boiler is above this and has leaked so much water.
If I could leave zero stars I would!

Order arrived quickly. Service really good.very pleased.

Is there a way to give zero stars on here? 7th day waiting for an “emergency next day boiler part” during the coldest time of the year. The company lied about when they posted the part and have clearly not paid for a next day service, showing zero concern for the health and well-being of those relying on their service at a difficult time of year. Untrustworthy and unreliable potentially verging on fraudulent assuming the part even arrives.

Ordered boiler part, email was sent informing me part was damaged and would refund. Phoned Ryan 5 days later and he refunded PayPal, straight away. Unlike previous post my experience was positive

Ordered some gaskets on the 4th Nov, email the following day saying no stock and they will organise a refund. Chased on the 8th November with no response.So its the 16th Nov and surprise surpise no refund. Contact there is Ryan Birring.
So if any gas engineers are reading this, avoid their website thepartcentre.co.uk as they will take your money and make you wait for a refund if any is now actually forthcoming.

Nothing is to much trouble. 99% of the time they have the part in stock. They are very friendly and helpful.

Knowledgable staff, have huge supply of most boiler spares in stock (If they don’t have it normally can get by the following day) Competitive prices too. Worth at least a phone call to them & speaking with them regarding any spare part issue.

The guys at the partcenter really got me out of alot of trouble . I was looking for a part that had been obsolete for a few years, and someone suggested these guys. When I spoke to Ryan he was very professional and to the point. He managed to locate the part for me at a reasonable price and delivered it as promise within a couple of days.
Will definitely use them again.
