Avoid The Payroll Centre at all costs

Avoid The Payroll Centre, at all costs. The sales team will oversell you a membership to get you signed up and no doubt so they get their commission.

Once signed up they will under deliver and not fulfill their membership obligations.

They cancel their courses at the last minute, fail to adequately staff their helpline which ultimately isn't fit for purpose. They will fail to answer basic questions, make false promises and pass you from pillar to post making the most basic enquiry a long winded game of email tennis with no actual resolution.

The Payroll Centre needs to seriously invest in customer care training for some of its employees and managers.

Overall it is a very overpriced membership offering extremely poor service.

They refuse to cancel memberships and provide refunds when they let you down and fail to meet their obligations.

There are far better professional payroll memberships with other providers, offering a far superior level of service and nationally recognised training.
