I received the wrong net pay amount
I received the wrong net pay amount, sent the request for corrections back in, and haven't received anything yet. I also want to know why I can't reach a real human. When will I get my corrected stubs? If I don't get them soon, I will ask for a refund. You keep bugging me for a review before I receive my corrected product - or not.

Had issues with the payment system
Had issues with the payment system, charged me 3 times to make a standard 1099, charged for different format to see if that works , same issues with the system saying “ we are sorry we cannot process your payment” while
I’m being charged every time declined to refund me for the 2 wrong ones

Not impressed
I chose to have the state and federal taxes listed and it didn't come the way I had expected. Also used these stubs for an apartment application and I got sent straight to the fraud department. According to them, there was no authentication marks that should have been there. So do not use these on lux apartment buildings. Not impressed and expensive. Money wasted for me since I cannot use them.
