My overall impression was that they did not care at all - almost glad to get rid of me. I got a new contract, transferred my number and shut the account.

TPO was started by three friends sharing a common vision. To transform something that people use everyday, their mobile phones, into a force for good. They launched it in late 2012 in the UK and it's been growing ever since. In January 2014, Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, joined the company. Our goal is to raise billions for good causes worldwide, delivering goodness with every connection made. 10% of customers’ mobile bill is directed to their cause or charity of choice at no extra cost to them.

Very pleased with TPO as I am getting double the minutes for half the price of my last provider, as well as contributing to charity. I had a bit of a problem getting started but realised after reading the help page that's because I had a 2G phone which doesn't work with my new sim, so had to get a new phone as well- but the money I'm saving will pay for it!

Great service and 10% goes to charity.

Great service and 10% goes to charity.
No problems switching to TPO mobile, excellent customer service and what you pay each month is good price.

Good to support these smaller companies rather than big mobile phone companies.

Was with 3 as was my mother before switching over to TPO and for the same service now pay about 75% less than I did with 3 per month and on top of that TPO's mobile network service is provided by 3 so win win and didn't have to pay to get the phones unlocked.

Simple user

TPO provides the service I require in a cost efficient way. As an elderly customer I don't need vast quantities of texts or data and the package is fine for my requirements

Simply the worst

Had a credit limit of £1 on the bill ,so if anything goes over free allowance and reaches £1 credit it will not allow to use the chargeable mins, texts or data. My daughter used data upto £9.75 over the limit before it stopped.I am sure she she wouldn't use data over as I have set the limit on the phone and also she has WiFi in school and home.Never had this problem in past since joining 6 months ago through uswitch. But to my horror she wasn't allowed to text or ring either as she still had 950 mins left out of 1000 and 900 texts out of 1000, which caused lot of anxiety and inconvenience, requested for a pac code to move.
