I never received my product

I never received my product. I told the company I never received my product. All they did was send me shipping information. Still doesn't change the fact that I never received my product. Product first started off being shipped by UPS then was handed off by USPS. Told that it ended up in a locker. Never got a key never got a product never got any proof that anything was actually ever sent involving my fragrance. Could have been a letter with just a tracking number associated with it. Not like Amazon where you get an actual picture of a box being dropped off in front of your house. They tried to solicit a review from me before I even got anything in the mail. Seem like they were fishing for a higher review before I would actually get screwed over. Very bad experience.
