I found Lisa Heritage at the permanent makeup studio via her website. I was interested in getting permanent eyebrow and eyeliner done so I called to book in for a free consultation. Lisa was incredibly kind and professional from the first time I spoke to her. She discussed everything in detail, managed my expectations and was very reassuring with any nerves I had. At my first appointment she took her time to explain everything again and ensure I was happy with it all. She was incredibly precise when drawing the shapes for my brows and I think she is a true artist. The laying of the pigment was far less painful than I was expecting and Lisa was always checking in on me throughout. I have just had my second follow-up appointment and I am so incredibly happy with the outcome. I can’t recommend Lisa enough; she truly is just a wonderful genuine and very talented person. If you have any questions or concerns do call her and make an appointment and trust me you will be in safe hands.

I had permanent lip blush done by Lisa at the Permanent Makeup Studio.
Lisa talked me through the process very clearly beforehand and answered all of my many questions well! She is very friendly and easy to talk to. The treatment room is very clean, well equipped and professional looking.

During the process Lisa explained each step throughout whilst continuing to check I was OK and comfortable.
The process itself was pretty much painless and I just felt some light scratching on the thinner parts of my mouth.

I really enjoyed the experience, the only problem I had was not being able to sing along to the great music that was being played throughout!
I am really happy with the result and am already looking forward to my 6 week top up!

This was my first experience with permanent make up and i'm so pleased I finally gave my brows some extra attention.
Lisa was really welcoming and informative, she discussed the different brow options available and talked me through the steps for each one helping me decide which end result I wanted. Having the photos on her website and social media pages were also really helpful to look through.

Lisa gave me a skin test and then we booked in the treatment for a few weeks later. The salon is fab, very clean and comfortable in a great location on the high street.

At the appointment Lisa made sure that I was comfortable throughout the treatment and was really professional and friendly from start to finish. I'm really pleased with the results (powdered brows) and highly recommend The Permanent Makeup Studio.

I returned to Lisa for my 6 week top up after my initial brow PMU appointment. Yet again Lisa was amazing; patient, kind, gentle and friendly. I had quite a few tweaks that I wanted to be done following the initial healing and Lisa was so accommodating. She worked with me to perfect the look I wanted and was meticulous with regards to attention and detail. Another excellent appointment! I’ve even booked my Mum in for hers. Highly recommend without a doubt 🙌🏼

I went to Lisa at The permanent make up studio to have my eye brows done. I’d never had them done before so was understandably nervous but Lisa was so calm, warm and reassuring. She explained everything and ensured that I was happy. She made sure I had a patch test prior to the treatment. On the day of the treatment Lisa explained each step. She took all covid precautions. The treatment room is bright, clean and welcoming.
I’m really happy with the end result. Lisa took time to explain the aftercare process.
