The ThePetCare company has in the instance confirm my order and lateron cancel it. Now company is not delivering order and also not refunding my money. The phone number is also not working. No body is replying anything in this regard. The company seems to be fraud.

This seems like some FRAUD COMPANY.
I placed an order 2 months ago for an expensive product. They sent comfirmation and since then nothing. They didnt send my product and i've been chasing them for so long. Their numbers dont work. theIr instant chat on website says they will reply immediately and they never reply. Ive been waiting for my refund for 2 months. Please Do Not BUY from this company website. they will take your money and dont feel the need to send you a product, an apology or a refund.

This company is a fraud I've not received my product and they are not refunding my money. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to my emails (info [at] thepetcare.in, thepetcare1 [at] gmail.com).

When the order was placed I got an email which mentioned the product shipping detail will be shared in 48 hours. Also I noticed they are charging full price of the product but the CGST/SGST value mentioned as 0 that means they are not paying GST and this definitely a red alert for this company.

When I contacted Simpl payLater repeatedly they are keep on asking me to contact seller for refund, Simpl cannot do anything on this. this is complete loss of my money and effort. Simpl can't help on chargeback for reversal of transaction as well.

Razorpay says the merchant's bank account has insufficient funds hence they can't refund.

I'm going to raise a complaint to consumer forum for both merchant and payment provider. The company is registered under name of Petzoo Tech Private Limited, CIN: U74999TG2020PTC140050. Not sure if I'll get my money back.

I placed an order for Royal Canin Maxi Puppy 15kg dog food on Aug 17, 2022, at 8.51 AM and made a full advance payment of Rs. 8245 (Rupees Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Forty-Five Only); however the company has failed to deliver the product in spite of several follow-ups. And is not even processing a refund. The payment was made via RazorPay and Simpl - Razorpay payment ID: pay_K6YA4cB2LbAJw9 and Simpl payment ID: K6YA4cB2LbAJw9 The company does not provide any clear indication of the expected delivery or refund of the amount paid.

This company is a SCAM. PLEASE DON'T BUY PET PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. THERE WILL BE NO RESPONSE AND / OR UPDATE AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDERS.. THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS.. DON'T PICK UP WHATSAPP CALL... RESPONSE TO WHATSAPP MESSAGES IS HALF HEARTED WITH NO INTENT TO EITHER SUPPLY THE PRODUCT ORDERED OR REFUND WHEN PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED... INTEND TO TAKE LEGAL RECOURSE AGAINST BOTH PETZOO TECH PVT. LTD AS WELL AS RAZORPAY...

total fraudster - do not send ordered items and then vanish and do not refund too. I placed order on 11th April 2022 and did not receive it nor are they giving refund. we should all ask razorpay to blacklist them and all fin transaction web-online also to blacklist them.

Fraud and a big scam,I came across so many complaints and negative reviews abt this site, I am waiting for my refund yet.i had placed an order after 2 days they cancel my order when we ask for refund they block you and threathen you, I am waiting for 7 working days , if I don't receive my refund I an filing an piluce complaint against these scammers and CYBERCRIME, Pls be aware they have no intention to refund your amount, so do not place any order on this site. I have come across many of his customers who have gone through the same KEEP A SNAPSHOT OF THEIR THREATS AS A PROOF. Call 1915 and file a complaint at jago grahak jago ....many have already done.....

Cheater..don't send ur products after payment...fraud..total fraud

I have ordered my petfood on 27th June. Nearly 15 days over. No deliveries. After making UPI payment I got notice from Razorpay, but no email confirmation nor tracking code from Petcare. Owners Petzoo Tech P Ltd Hyderabad definitely appear to be a Fraudulent company. After repeated WA requests, they sent a reply that Delivery wl be made Tuesday, but today is Wednesday. No tracking ID sent. Phones not picked up. Refund not given . Razor pay should be blocking their account considering the number of complaints. Looks like some one is soon going to get police knocking on their doors soon.

I ordered the royal canine renal 7kg dog food. I had prepaid the full amount but there has been no updates for my order in the past 3 weeks. I tried mailing and calling them, first time they told they’ll get back with an update but after that they have always been cutting my calls.

The worst business I have ever come across.
They canceled my order after 10 days without my consent and I had to literally plead for my own money for one month.

They only returned my money when I had to threaten them with an a police complaint.

Fraud company. Worst customer service.

Absolute Scammers. Won't issue your refund even if your order get's cancelled. Won't reply or pick the call.
