The Physiobot offers a comprehensive set of online physiotherapy tools, both free and paid services, tailored to general users seeking guidance, as well as clinicians looking for extra support in managing clients. It provides three core steps to recovery, supporting users from first symptom through to a recovery plan. The Physiobot toolkit guides users through every stage with expert-designed tools. (1) CHECK YOUR SYMPTOMS: The physio symptom checker asks users to answer a short questionnaire, built by HCPC physiotherapists. It suggests a potential diagnosis and a phased programme based on the answers given. (2) GET A PROGRAMME: Offering nearly 900 rehabilitation programmes, users can work through a free, phased rehabilitation plan, with exercise videos, sets, reps, equipment and structured progression built in from day one. (3) TRACK PROGRESS: Users can register and download the Rehab Tracker App to log every session, daily exercise reminders, progress charts, and can share reports with professionals, all from a mobile or tablet. Clinicians have a bank of client licences they can distribute, sharing custom rehabilitation programmes and monitoring adherence to keep clients on track.

I signed up to Physiobot for some help with shoulder pain. I used the symptom checked and then followed the program on the app. It gave me a variety of exercises which I was able to use that I found extremely helpful. I was able to navigate my way round the app with no issues. The exercises have made a huge difference to my shoulder so I will be continuing to use the app to help with my recovery. I would definitely recommend Physiobot to family and friends.
Found The Physiobot and used it because I’d had back and hip pain. Diagnosis was excellent and then i started following its exercise plan. I stuck to it and I’ve notice improved mobility with improved flexibility and significantly less pain. Its my go to tool for any pains or ailments!!
Sprained my ankle playing football and used PhysioBot through the recovery. Instead of guessing whether I was doing too much or too little, I had something tracking how things were actually going and adjusting from there. It also helped me understand what was happening rather than just handing me a list of exercises. That made it much easier to stay with it on the days when progress felt slow.
I'm back to full strength and mobility now. If you're dealing with a sprain and want more structure than "rest it and see," I would highly recommend. Thank you.
