If I could rate at 0 stars I would! I have no idea how they managed to get 4.81/5 Stars in Customer Reviews on their webpage for this product! I am honestly skeptical if they are real reviews. I am so disappointed in this company. We have purchased the neck pillows from them in the past and they were amazing. So I figured I would order my pregnancy pillow from them. BIG MISTAKE!!! Do NOT waste your time buying the pregnancy pillow. It is so small that the portion of the pillow that was supposed to go between my knees and legs, hit me at the waist. The bump that is supposed to be for belly support hit me at the chest… not even close to my belly! I measured from the inside curve at the top of the pillow where the base of your neck lays down to where the “belly support” bump is and it is only 9”. ALSO FORGET ABOUT 90 DAY RETURNS!!! Product must be in original packaging & Shipping is AT YOUR EXPENSE! To return your product you must ship it to Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province in China. I don’t know what the cost would be to do it but I probably wouldn’t even receive half of my money back at that point. Mind you I haven’t even mentioned that the order arrived late. Point blank DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! $100 for a pillow that would only fit a child is absurd. I took a ton of pictures with measurements but unfortunately don’t see a way to add them. I hope this review helps someone else to not be taken advantage of!

Easy to order, great reviews, and shipped quick

The pillow I ordered looks very comfortable and soft! It's extremely big and I can't wait to try it put! The online shopping experience was very easy and user-friendly. I would buy from these guys anytime!!

Would actually only give this company and the cosy rest pillow 0 stars if I could. I suffer from neck pain and migraines and looking at all the reviews of their website, thought this pillow would be good - how wrong I was! The pillow has actually made my neck pain and migraines worse after about 4 weeks of usage.
On searching more reviews that are not from their website, conclude that this company is a scam - the 90 returns policy doesn’t mean a thing. You actually have to pay to return at your own cost, in original packaging, unused and with tags on! The cost of return is possibly more than what you paid for the product - and to China. I also ordered pack of 2 silk pillowcases which have turned out to be cheap polyesters, which I have an allergy to. Real con artists - please don’t order from them.
Need to add to this review, you all need to take notice of the bad reviews on here, the company looks like they are in the UK, but they are not, it’s all a total scam, I was taken in and now £57 down for a pillow that is as hard as rock and cannot return - please check out the returns policy before ordering

The order process was smoothe as silk! I can’t wait for this pillow wedge! The color and fancy design is definitely going to level up my bedroom space! Counting the days till delivery.

Bought two Pillows my partner like hers so I wanted to return it, they told me the return needs to go back to china.
This as cost me £30.00 to return so I bought it for £52.00 so a return of £22.00.
Disgusting do not use this Company there return policy isn't transparent.
