Don’t buy from this company. It’s a scam. I ordered a Pancho on 01/09/2025. It’s now April and still no merchandise. I don’t have a tracking number. I received one email apologizing for the delay and it said I would receive it soon. Now they won’t respond to any of my emails. There’s no still no tracking and no pancho. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card and hope I get my money back.
I ordered a jacket, but it didn't send, I contacted them, a week later they contacted me back saying; that it will be send within 2/3 days and 2 weeks later I still have nothing, nothing send and they are not responding to the rest of my emails.
The stitching on one side of the arm fell apart three weeks after I purchased my item, I never took my item outside and was extremely gentle with it, therefore its low quality nature is reflected here. I received an email from the companies marketing director, Anna Williams, stating I was eligible for a refund, however after a few emails they stopped replying to me. I have been emailing their email for over a month now and have not received a response in weeks...I will NOT be purchasing from this website again due to its unprofessional and unruly nature.

It was shipped and arrived during the time it was written so there was no complaints for that.
Once it arrived it was bigger than I thought it would be but I wore it while traveling around in the train during winter and it was super comfy and warm and so so soooooo damn fluffy and it definitely was one of the cutest and best things I have bought so far online.
Am sooo recommending the brand and the product by wearing it more and more~
Though were was a little incident on the purchase method but the response was fast and so very helpful! :D
