Very poor experience – payment taken, no delivery
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this website.
I placed an order on April 2, 2026 and made a full payment of ₹1824.25. However, I did not receive any order confirmation, Order ID, or tracking details after the payment. The order is also not visible in my account history.
I contacted their support multiple times via email. Initially, I was told that delivery would happen within 7–9 working days (by April 13, 2026), but that timeline has been missed without any update or communication.
Due to this, I have been forced to file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and initiate further action.
