Pipe Shop Reviews

Wish I could give him 10 stars
He fixed my Zippo lighter that had been through the washing machine
He used his own things and I bought fluid and a spare wick £6 odds honestly I couldn't have gotten better from anywhere else above and beyond to help me.
Respectful honest people who have been there for decades. Old school but brilliant service. 💯❤️

Excellent
The perfect accompaniment for lord Cree as he relaxes after great toil solving international problems and disputes. In the company of the highest elite and world jet set. The brand of Cree is now global. An item for many to admire including future visitors such as King Charles
Caminetto – 00-31 Smooth Red Rhodesian Pipe

In December I sent a query regarding restoring an old pipe. I was informed I would get an answer that day. Chased it up in January and didn't receive the courtesy of a response.

I recieved a pack of cigars that were unsmokable due to being rolled too tight (obviously not the pipe shop's fault) . I recieved an immediate replacement the next day along with a humidifying pack to store the cigars... Can't fault them, strong recommend!

I am waiting on my delivery it having taken longer than usual and emailed asking for a tracking number, Ruth the customer service advisor apologised for the delay and offered to send it again and have me send the other parcel back when it turns up.

I got a replacement they said they did not have what I wanted and would send something until my parcel arrived or could be replaced with the same. Now they have done that I have emailed to say thank you and asked when they would be getting what I had orderd in but this cheap replacement of tobacco that I never wanted seems to be my replacement as they have yet to answer me a week 4 days later... thanks guys.. never again

Great selection and fantastic customer service

Always fast delivery and great service. On the occasion an item didn't arrive they sent me another 2 packs without question.
I ordered at 4pm on a Friday and arrived Saturday morning first thing. I have used this company for a year without a problem.

I will not be back. No problems at first and I ended up spending a lot of money over the years. I always purchase 3 packs of my favourite smoke and on last occasion only two were sent. I phoned to let them know about error and they clearly doubted my complaint. I eventually received a call promising that another packet would be sent. Three weeks later and no replacement. I have now taken my custom elsewhere.

I really liked using this business. After talking to the staff a bit I found them to be friendly and accommodating. They had a wide range of pipe tobacco and a good grasp on what they were selling. They sell pipes, cigarettes, dry snuff for putting up your nose, rolling tobacco, cigars.. all the accessories. The list goes on. Can’t recommend the deluxe navy rolls by Peterson enough. Good with shipping too. They’re based up in Edinburgh and a great company. I believe they have been doing it a while now so I think that speaks for itself.
