I did not get my order!
Placed an order for some 303 fabric guard after an online search. A few days later I received an email from Trustpilot asking for a review, but had not received the product. I replied to the order email for an update and did not get an initial response. Went to their website and all products and contact details have been removed. Searched for a phone number, but it was not operational. Eventually got an email saying that they posted it but I never received a delivery confirmation or the product. However, they did promise to refund me and that's now been done. I had to place a new order elsewhere.

Leaving a negative review and false information is definitely unnecessary. To be clear, (for the benefit of others reading this) you purchased your item after the close of business on the 3rd April. We dispatched the next working day, Monday 6th April. You signed for your item when it was delivered the next working day, the 7th April. We're trying our best as a new business at a difficult time and so far most of our customers come back time and again.

I was well advised by Nick at pistonworks on the best car cleaning kit for me as I don't routinely clean my car regularly I could have quite easily been told "you need this that and the other" I felt that I was given the best products for my needs and great quality also, will definitely be buying from here again!
