No idea if it's a tiny company that is utterly disorganised, or a scam.
Update July 25, still awaiting rest of refund.

Ordered 90 pounds worth of creams, it came after a month of me chasing. Creams were leaking everywhere, and labels you could not read the ingredients asked for refund took a while to send return label. This whole process took 5-6weeks. Then unfortunately I became poorly with my Crohns and sent back 8 days after label came. I sent back to them saying I took too long to send back even though they signed for and accepted my return. They kept the products and my money.
I will take further thus us theft and it looks like they have done too many. They say they are closing for a few weeks to change their workplace and because they have so many orders.
Received emails from Emily who is so rude and unprofessional and obviously has no worries about taking peoples money and causing so many people stress trying g to chase orders and refunds.
This company is a disgrace

Unfortunately, mine is much in the same theme ,ordered 4 products, received 2 and a smashed pot of god knows what!
Emailed to say products missing and received email back to say did I want refund or products sent ,well I thought ok let them put it right ,so said ok would like to have the products.

Not the way to run a business or gain customer support, avoid!!

Ordered on 5th of April. A week went by with no parcel. Contacted support at the plant life and received an email saying that they were busy but my order would be dispatched in 48 hours.
Here I am on 27th and still nothing.
My emails are ignored so I guess it’s time to contact the bank.
Reading other reviews, this is a common issue. Also those who did get their delivery the products are horrible anyway.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Very poor, long time posting, order not complete. Wish I had read reviews first. They have blocked my comments and deleted my comments from Facebook, buyer beware. Ordered from this company, product good but first order took a long time to come and had to be chased, so Ordered again both my last two orders has stuff missing, mainly free gifts but more importantly I paid 17 pounds for 2 mystery bundles and only received one, both of these orders had to be chased! Emails to this company have been poor and laborious, buyer beware

Stay away. Scam company. Wish I had used Trustpilot before ordering. Thankfully paid through PayPal so asked for refund.

Ordered 18 March. Nothing arrived. Contacted company and was told the order had been shipped and they would send another one. The replacement delivery failed to arrive. I contacted the company and they said as the order had been dispatched, it was an issue with the courier company. They previously told me they would refund my order. That didn’t happen. Dispute now with my bank. I wish I’d checked the honest reviews before placing an order, instead of relying the “honest” reviews on their website.

I wanted to support a small business, but not impressed. I ordered a few items, including a free one (meant to be included as I spent a certain amount).A few days later I had notification that it was sent via Yodel. Link after further 4 days was still coming back as not recognised. I contacted, no reply, after about a week and chasing multiple times, I got a reply saying there were problems with Yodel. Sent via yodel again, funny it was the same as original tracking link but at least it worked this time, so pretty sure it wasn’t sent originally! Arrived a few days later in a small box, no inner packaging to protect the items. One takeaway pot with a small sample I didn’t order with a tiny bit of paper glued on saying name. My free item wasn’t included. Only one item had an ingredients/expiry/size label on, but must have been photocopied as too blurry to read. One item I ordered I measured as looked small and is barely half the size it should have been. Pots were greasy and one oozing out, none are sealed in any way. All very amateurish, and really disappointed. Glad I didn’t spend more! One item I reopened after a few days and it’s now got dark brown in about 1/3rd of it,so really not happy putting it on my skin. They seriously need to improve before they push all this marketing on social media, which seems very misleading for what you end up receiving!

I have been waiting 2 months for an order of 8 items when delivery dispatched 1-4. Days .
When the delivery arrived 4 items were missing.
I would not recommend this company

I wish I'd had the sense to check trustpilot before ordering from this company. I agree with others that this company is either run by scammers OR it's just that poorly managed that it will never gain any popularity amongst consumers.
15 days after ordering and I haven't received anything. I get they have a 1-3 processing time as they "make products fresh" but the advertised 1-3 working days turned into 10 working days for me yesterday and my order has still not even been shipped yet.
Based on other peoples reviews mentioning that their orders have turned up (albeit late with several items missing) I'm assuming they will eventually ship my order but I'm actively expecting items to be missing or frankly not as advertised.
I've already contacted my bank to request a refund and I've sent theplantlife an email telling them to cancel my order. I doubt I'll receive any reply so I'll let my bank deal with it now.
Edit - them finally responding to my review in July when I posted it in April is hilarious. Good to know you guys have moved to a bigger premises, but it does not excuse the previous missing items. Lengthy shipping times due to your products being handmade is somewhat understandable although not as advertised, you claim it's a 1-3 day processing time when in actual fact it's more like a 10 day processing time; but receiving only 2 of 5 ordered items is not okay though! Boxes shouldn't even be leaving your warehouse without the full and complete order in them, and I fail to see what you guys moving to a bigger warehouse is going to do to resolve this. I bet you'll still only send half of any order and expect the customer to chase for a refund.

So far the the products I’ve tried are ok to good. Chillbalm for headaches does not work. The moisturisers do have the same scent it seems, despite that different ingredients are advised on their website. So not sure if it actually is the same product but in different packaging. By law, skincare products are also required to have ingredients listed, but a lot of their items do not have an ingredients label on them.
The service is very poor:
- They sent the shipping confirmation but then ship the product a week or so later.
- I have placed 3 orders so far and each order has missing items (free and paid items). It happened that I did not order a specific item because it was a free item but then was missing in the parcel which made me have to place another order.
- It is getting very tiring to have to keep contacting them because several items are missing. Then they ask you if you want a refund or the missing items to be sent. You ask for the items to be sent, just for them to refund you instead and again, you have to re-order if you want the specific item.
It really should not be that hard to check the order details and the content of the parcel they are about to ship and make sure everything is included.
Overall they would have a really good business idea with the flashy colors and fun names, plus affordable products, some good products, etc. but their service is just ruining it for me. I gave it 3 chances but none was satisfactory.

Spent over £84 on 4/3/25, email saying dispatched on 6/3, finally arrived on 21/3. £50 worth of products missing. Emailed and was told products would be sent out, kept getting emails to review products that I’d never received, emailed 5/4 to see what was happening and asked for products not a refund as I wanted to try products and some were birthday present for sister. Was told by Emily that it had been delivered even though it was the same person I had previous email thread with.
Then received an email on 10/4 saying a refund had been issued.
Customer service was shocking as it was supposedly the same person every email but conflicting replies each time.

I placed an order several weeks ago for 5 items plus 2 full-size free gifts and added an additional item at checkout. After a delay of a couple of weeks and a tracking number for an item that was never actually shipped I received some dented dirty pots, one was missing correct (legally required?) production and expiry dates, no free gifts and 3 items missing. Seller agreed to a refund which sat pending for 7 days and was cancelled by PayPal because seller did not release funds. Seller said they would try again and issued a refund for £1 less than was owed. And ceased responding to all emails and messages. After another 7 days the pending refund was cancelled by PayPal again. Still no response from seller. Of the products I did receive (3/8 ordered) two have no smell or scent and one smells rancid. I have asked PayPal to step in and find a resolution and I notice that the seller has marked products I paid for as “free gifts” on the invoice - so I am not sure if PayPal will agree to refund those items, but I’m hoping emails I have received will prove the amount I’m legally entitled to. Terrible experience and I’m starting to realise this is a scam and not the independent small business I was hoping to support. It’s experiences like this that make life so much harder for genuine small businesses.

This company is a scam. Ordered a few products two weeks ago, they still haven't arrived and no reply to my email. I just tried to comment on one of their Instagram posts and it won't let me comment. Hopefully it gets revealed and taken down soon!! Such a waste of money, luckily I didn't spend TOO much 😑😤

I placed my order with this company. Got the order confirmation straight away which stated 48 hour delivery.
After not hearing anything for a week I chased. Response the following day was that it had somehow been missed and they'd process it straight away. After another week of no communication I chased again. Was told they'd process within 24 hours. Two days later - nothing again - So I requested a refund. That day they said the order had just been picked up by the courier but they'd issue a refund, so when the delivery was attempted I was to refuse. Fine, I said, as long as I have the refund when/if it is attempted I'll refuse. Note that I was told the refund had been issued and would take upto seven days. The delivery was attempted a few days later. I still hadn't received the refund, but after the delays and poor service I didn't want it anymore anyway so I refused. Four days after the attempted delivery - still no refund. So I chased it again. The next day got a mail saying that it had just been issued and would take up to ten days. I'm currently still waiting for it.
To note : I refused the delivery, so I don't know what was actually in the box, if anything, but the box was very small. Around the size of a 400g block of cheese.
I'm not convinced that this is a real company at all.

So disappointed! Ordered a couple of items which came up to four, including free gifts. I was so excited to try them. After receiving a notification that they would be with me soon, I waited a few days and messaged them. Got a curt response, bordering on rude, suggesting that I should have read their terms and conditions. I wasn’t complaining, just checking it hadn’t got lost or been delivered to the wrong place accidentally. I sent an email explaining my confusion, which no one bothered to respond to. Finally yesterday, a sad little cardboard box, held together with plastic brown tape arrived. There were three items in it, one which wasn’t mentioned at all, so two that were on the invoice that had not arrived. The box had no interior packaging and the plastic tubs felt a bit oily. I sent an email asking if I’d got the right order, along with a picture of the original order. As yet I haven’t heard from them.
I tried the balm and moisturiser last night and was disappointed that they both smell vile, like cooking oil, or something that had been opened for too long and had gone off. There’s no hint of scents to them. They purportedly have reviews claiming that they smell like Molten Brown. They most definitely do not. I tried them on my face and they were so greasy, no matter what, I couldn’t massage it in to my skin. The headache remedy that came did come in a metal tin, however there was a small patch of mouldy product or something on the lid, which was off putting. It had a slight aroma of eucalyptus but didn’t produce a cooling effect on the skin.
All in all, I’m so disappointed with it. I thought I might have found a gem of a small company, good honest products, packaged in sustainable materials. Instead I got what could only be described as a rip off. A woman on their instagram page said to me that they’re a scam and sadly, I think she was right. Cheap, but most definitely not cheerful.

I ordered products that said it would take 1-2 business days to arrive. Two weeks later the package hadn’t even been sent out. I have emailed a few times to chase and had promises of a despatch with 24 hours. This didn’t happen.
The products arrived and some of them were missing. Granted these were free gifts, but they should have been included as I had spent a certain amount. They were also products that I was planning to buy and as they were part of the gifts I didn’t see the need to buy two.
I have since received very passive aggressive email responses and been blocked from their Facebook page for being transparent about my experience.
The order was a gift that didn’t arrive in time and after all of this I’ll not be using them again!

Really disappointed. I went out on a limb and ordered from here despite the mostly bad reviews. Everything went well initially, and I had an email from Yodel the day after my order saying the parcel was being dispatched by the sender. Then nothing happened. Yodel didn't update so no idea where that parcel went. I emailed the company and in fairness response emails were prompt. I was told my order would be resent and with me in a few days. It took longer to arrive than I was told but things happen. I didn't expect that 50% of my order hadn't been included in the box. There was no packing invoice etc so i had to guess from my order confirmation what was what. The only full size item I was sent was called Chill which was supposed to be 100ml but the label said 60ml. There were no ingredients listed and no information on how to use it. There were also 4 small takeaway sauce pots with lotions in. Again, these pots just had a tiny sticker on with a name. I had no idea what they were (i wasnt able to find them on the website) or again how to use them safely or the ingredients. More emails went back and forth and I was offered a refund and told I would get it in 7 to 10 days. I did not get the refund in that time. I did email again to chase but this time, I got no reply. After waiting the requisite time I reported it to my bank to get my money back. The day after I reported it I recieved an email from the company saying my refund had been processed and would take 10 days to clear. It didn't take that long to get it.
