Original order and replacement all arrived damaged
Ordered 6 large custom pieces of MDF which were not packaged properly and were all damaged in transit. Plastic people quickly arranged replacements, more poor packaging meant this set were again damaged. Due to wider renovation timeline and losing faith in their ability to actually fulfil the order I requested a refund or discount 4 working days ago and have heard nothing since.
Update: have been offered a partial refund and apparently they will look at packaging fragile large items better. Hopefully others have more luck in future!

I do not usually comment on services or products until I'm pretty sure. Time will tell if the polypropylene sheets I ordered stand the test of time, but they were delivered promptly and well-protected, exactly to size, and are currently doing their job very well.

Greenhouse replacement
When looking to replace glass with plastic for an "inherited" greenhouse in our garden, I was firstly impressed with the simplicity of the Plastic People website. I then needed a special shape cut to size for the corners. I contacted PP and received a quick reply from David who clarified thickness required, then quoted price and offered further help.
I emailed David with the total numbers, got the reply and information on payment.
I ordered the plastic on Wednesday 29th April , and received delivery on Saturday 2nd May. (The expected date was 6th May)

Great customer service and really happy with our frames.
We had a slight issue with one frame hole being slightly out of line to the other piece of plastic, but we emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours and arranged a replacement without any issues.
