We had a one-off game prototype made by Brent at The Playing Card Factory. I had some issues uploading the art properly, but Brent was incredibly patient and helpful. When all was said and done, he even complimented the work, which made us feel great about it. Highly recommend. Also, he managed to cut a good amount of time off our expected delivery date, so a positive experience all around.

Brent is so easy to work with and he was always available to answer all of my questions. His advice was invaluable, and his experience and expertise made my design really come to life. My decks look exactly as I imagined them, and that is the greatest compliment I can ever give.

Thank you Brent for all your great help and advice. You certainly know what you’re doing and you have a terrific sense for the details; I couldn’t be happier with these amazing decks of cards.

The user interface to make your own deck of cards is very easy to use. And Brent is always friendly and helpful with the process. I've been able to make multiple decks using my own illustrations.

I’ve ordered a couple of times now and the card quality and colour are excellent. I have every intention of ordering my tarot deck from here and Brent has been very helpful. I have recommended using The Playing card Factory to other card creators and continue to do so. It is also important to me that it is Canadian!

They say 4-5 days turnaround for orders, what they leave out is that they take over 2 weeks to ship (must be on the slowest horse in canada). Ordered on 12/8 and still waiting to see how the finished product looks. Expected to be delivered on 12/26.

I had a great experience with the playing card factory! Brent was so helpful and made sure I go my order in plenty of time before my event. I just received them in the mail and they look amazing!!! They will make a perfect gift and keep sake for my friends bachelorette.

I just received my order today from The Playing Card Factory for a custom card game I'm designing and I'm really impressed by the quality. The site was very user friendly and it was easy to upload my artwork. I was impressed that the cards were not shrink-wrapped and were printed on recycled cardstock. I also appreciate that they print here in Canada and don't outsource to China, unlike some other companies that claim to be Canadian and then you find out later that they print overseas. I will definitely be ordering from The Playing Card Factory again in the near future!

Totally unsolicited review (from actual human) Just got my first set of playing card decks (I actually use them to create my business cards. Since I'm a game store owner, having them look good is as important as it is that they are cool.) and the quality is great and they were responsive as heck (and nice). This was a small run and they got right to it and I had them in my hands within two days. (I'm based in the states and the shipping was fine. I needed them in a hurry, so we used UPS Express based on their recommendation of what had been getting the best recent results)
