Great customer service
I heard about this company through my daughter who had been staying in a holiday cottage in Yorkshire. It seemed an ideal present for friends who breed and train gun dogs and go on pheasant shoots. I emailed to see if they could change the picture from a Labrador to a Retriever. Absolutely no problem! Immediate positive response and arrived very quickly and expertly packaged. I am delighted with the product and I am sure my friends will be when they receive it at Christmas. It is a different but ideal gift. Highly recommend!
