Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. Used these guys for an event in 2020, and two events in Q1 2021 because by this point they had our money and we had no choice. We lost a lot of business working with Tom and the plus group. In hindsight we should have cut our losses after the shambolic first event they 'delivered' for us but they convinced us that there would be changes to bring everything up to scratch...LIE. Needless to say we will never use them again. Sold us features they didn't end up delivering. Good sales guy to be fair but they basically have one person who is competent, his name is Dom. The owner (Tom) at some points tried to defend himself for what his company delivered, the absolute audacity of it is crazy to think about looking back. Using the plus group will cause you to lose revenue, I can assure you of that. It was only after our final event with then (they didn't know at the time that we planned to cut our losses) did they admit that they had got it wrong and by that point were still trying to charge us. Usually we would have taken them to court to get our £40k + back but for what they lack in events ability they gain in knowledge around limited company formation. They decided to use a newly formed company rather than their original company to work with us which meant it would have been pointless taking them to court - probably the only smart move they have made. Needless to say they wont give a penny back and have gone silent. Its up to the people reading this to make their own decision but be warned! this is an amateur company from top to bottom who will take your money and deliver very little for it and of course, the bulk of the invoice had to be paid before they go to work on our project.
