The price you pay isn’t the price…
The price you pay isn’t the price advertised. In fact, mine was over a hundred pounds extra compared to the web price. Only found out when asked to pay for item before shipment. It was cheaper direct from manufacturer. Communication poor, emails unanswered which ultimately cost me a delay of a week for my project. Certainly can’t recommend

Item arrived the next day so very pleased with that. The builder hadn’t used this system before, but was impressed with the quality, ease of installation and finished result. So are we! Would happily recommend this company.

Terrible delivery service - careless with no thought
Delivery left out in the rain - no delivery note left,only discovered the goods by accident, left along the side of the house. Product only in cardboard packaging, soggy to say the least. Not impressed with a £1’000 order.

1. the company who do the delivery they not care for your materials.
2. your items come in part sparse and take a long time to install.
3. in order missing item after I called you sent the missing item, so I paid an extra one day to the labour.

Nice sliding door kit with side post
Delivered timely, good kit for us because it has the side post and all parts are unfinished to be primed and painted. I realized later that buying the kit directly from the ECLISSE website it would have saved me lots of money. Not sure why it's so costly from Thepocketcompany.
