Helpful staff that called me prior to delivery and the eclisse pocket door arrived next day .
EXCELLENT PRODUCT .
I have fitted a few now and doubt I would buy any other manufacturer as the eclisse system enables you to change parts should they fail without breaking into the stud wall .

I called for information as I had no idea about Pocket Doors and did not know where to start or what to order. I spoke to James and he was exceptionally helpful and informative and talked me through how to order the correct size etc. Once ordered, this arrived in 48 hours and the delivery guy called me when nearby.
Excellent and efficient customer service from start to finish.
Would definitely highly recommend more than 100%.

First time Iv installed a pocket door. Soooo many problems through out the project. Some parts didn’t arrive so trying to build without a key part lead to starting again. When I ring the guy said he messages everyone to say don’t start till the other bits arrive but never had the call. Second parts arrived a week or two later so build was delayed drastically. Builder mates tried to sort out the issues and they said it’s such a bad design. The wall flexes even with two layers of plasterboard. Instructions are bad and most of it is just artistic licensing to figure out. And the guy on the end of the phone came across as quite rude when ringing with questions. Sorry to write this review but it wasn’t a great experience. Even trying to ask the manufacturer, they never replied to 3 emails I sent

Im very impressed with the sliding door kits and there customer service was brilliant.

Great communication from company, quick delivery and kept us informed

not very good ordered double pocket doors only one turned up when got in touch they sent other half over after a couple of day snd when put together and fitted them it was different size and. slightly different thickness by 10 mm

Item purchased but then not in stock. Chased up but no date for when it will be available.

Easy to order, arrived the next day.

Fast, prompt delivery

placed my order back in mid-August 2021 for two sliding doors and now we are in November and I am still waiting for one of the glass panels to be delivered. The company does not communicate properly. I did not have a single update from them without chasing and every response I have is 'delivery next week on Friday...'
The product is great, but customer service I experienced so far has been poor. I would have looked for an alternative supplier had I known this was going to be the case.
