They don’t reply to emails. The items they sell are really poor quality, and when you try to contact them they just ignore you. Avoid them at all costs.

Ordered items and they were dispatched the same day, arriving next day. Good quality, efficient service. Used for several years with no issues.

Made an order, usually they arrive in 2 days, 4 days later nothing, parcel hasn't been delivered and they don't provide tracking number to track your order

Don't reply to emails until like 2 days later and give useless response basically saying just wait longer

I didn't receive an order, still waiting for my email reply to get a refund or re order, no idea where my actual order is

Useless customer service didn’t even dispatch to Royal Mail had a refund off my bank after being messed around 5 days when paid for a 24hr tracked service no items received ! Avoid this company .

I Have used this company quite a few times and usually they dispatch on time, products are well packed but if they run out of a product they simply switch it for something else, always cheaper. They dont contact you and ask if you want another product or partial refund so its pot luck if you get what you order. Normally you do, two thirds of the time but they switched on me once too often.

Great choice, great value and fast service. Excellent company, knowledgeable and helpful, I have been using them for a couple of years now and they have always been top notch.

Been using this company since lockdown when, shock horror! Sex shops shut. Using them regularly for 4 years. One and only time I didn't pay for signed delivery. They didn't arrive. I told them. And they sent me a new delivery free. Awesome company. Thank you x

Please don’t trust this company, they will simply stop communicating with you should you have any issue. They sold me faulty goods and when I messaged they wanted me to return items and cover all postage- when I suggested they should cover postage as the fault lies with them, they simply stopped communicating. Since then they have simply ignored all messages. Have lost out financially and am escalating via a third party. They are a scam. Don’t trust them!

Used this company 4 times. Always quick to dispatch, and good prices. Wouldn't use anyone else now. Just one suggestion - if the customer chooses a trackable delivery service, ie Royal Mail next day, when you email to inform the order has been dispatched, please provide the tracking number in that email. I always have to email and ask for the info. Other than that, perfect!

I have purchased a tray of poppers twice. The second tray was very poor quality. They are useless within a day of opening. I emailed them but they didn't bother to answer. I tried to email again and their link to email no longer works. Avoid them at all costs.
