Have wanted a Tag Heuer watch forever and finally found a gorgeous one at a much cheaper price than I’d seen anywhere else. The watch arrived in a stunning box along with all its certificates and authentication. Can’t thank The Posh Watch Shop enough, would highly recommend them for unbeatable quality and prices!

This site is a complete fraud
This site is a complete fraud. I have ordered a LONGINES MASTER COLLECTION L2.793.5.19.7 and paid 1500 GBP. It took longer to arrive than advertised because, according to the person in contact, Tim, the supplier first ships the watch to him and after checking it he repackages and sends it to me. It arrived and it was a very high quality replica. I immediately sent him an email, and asked for my money back. He acknowledged that quote: the movement might have been replaced. After sending him the fake watch, I received my money back and he offered to send even more money, so I would be able to buy the watch at an authorized dealer. The amount was 200 GBP. Needless to say he should have sent 1200 GBP to make up the difference. Amusingly, he even spelled the word authorized wrong. Avoid this site and this guy like the Coronavirus.

We supplied the Longines watch to you after explaining that the delivery would take longer than normal due to Covid 19 limiting flights for couriers. You said you understood and were content to wait.
You contacted us on receipt of the watch claiming it was a replica, I told you in my reply I would immediately contact the supplier (who was new to us) and that you were our first customer for a Longines. The supplier insisted there was nothing wrong with the watch but when I told him we were sending the watch to Longines for appraisal, admitted that some longines have different movements. I contacted you again to tell you we were shocked by his admission and would either return your money or source you another watch from an alternative supplier with any increase in cost being paid by us.
Naturally, we are extremely disappointed that we, and you, have been badly treated by this supplier and have severed all dealing with them and taken all Longines watches off our site until we can source another reputable supplier.
I asked you to return the watch confirming we would pay for the return postage (which we have) and offered to either source you another watch (as mentioned above) or, if you preferred, refund your purchase price.
I did not say we would purchase a watch from a full price High Street dealer, it was you who demanded this, which seemed unreasonable as you knew when you purchased from us that this was not the case.
Rather than replying letting us know what you wanted us to do, you placed a dispute with PayPal which we resolved immediately by refunding your purchase price in full.
As we had offered to source another watch, which would have involved us in additional cost, we decided to make an ex-gratia payment to you of £200 so you can source another watch yourself. We thought this was fair but seeing your extortionate demands for £1,200 makes me wonder if we should have made any ex-gratia payment at all.
Finally, your cheap shot about our spelling is incorrect, we are English not American so “authorised” is the correct spelling – check it in the dictionary!

Can’t fault the service
Can’t fault the service, professionalism and customer service. I was initially wary of buying a premium watch for my sons birthday on line.
However the process from start to finish was first class from Tim who kept me updated at every step, the price was also the most competitive in the market!
Look forward to buying a new watch for myself in the not to distant future .
