I bought a $50.00 product that did not do as advertised in their description. They initially offered to send a new item, then reneged. I even said I would do a lesser exchange and they still refused. I have a total of 37 emails on this because they kept ignoring me. They have the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. They also have a false physical address as no one can find them online or physically, even places like Leafly cannot find them, so I believe they are in another country. They also make you buy Ethereum to purchase their products. You cannot use a credit card unless it's used to buy Ethereum. They also posted thirty five FAKE positive reviews here on Trust Pilot, when there are only TWO (now three) negative reviews. This company is rotten to the core.
