This company has no respect for time…

This company has no respect for time and communication. I called Monday to schedule a service call for Thursday between 8am-4pm. I took the day off from work to be home and Paul never showed up. I called Amanda multiple times, she NEVER answered the phone, the voicemail was full. She text me that she would find out what the delay was and NEVER responded. I called again Friday, sent multiple text messages, and I never received a response or a call back. I wasted a week of my time waiting for a plumber that never had the decency to communicate or reschedule. I regret wasting my time with this company.
