Don’t order and thing personalized!

My order was placed with personalized names. The order arrived and had the wrong name. I requested a refund the company wanted me to pay for shipping and expenses before they would consider a refund. Don’t purchase anything from Present Houses. Terrible company to work with.

NO ITEM, No CONTACT

I placed an order for an address book with The Present House Company on 8th February 2025, and I paid £57.75 at the time of purchase. To this day, my order still shows as unfulfilled, and I have not received the item.

I’ve written personally to the owner, Charlotte Levien, and attempted to contact the company through every possible channel—no response. There is no customer service, no updates, and no transparency.

This is completely unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been ignored and scammed. At the very least, I expect a full refund for the item I never received. I would strongly warn others not to order from The Present House Company until they demonstrate they can actually fulfill paid orders.

No item and no response!

Placed an order and paid an extra £5.75 for delivery in 1-3 days. 8 days later I have no item and despite 3 emails, a Facebook message, an instagram message and a voicemail I’ve had no response from anyone.

Order never honoured, no replies to emails, no refund.

I ordered a paperweight on the 23rd of December 2022. I paid £16.50 for the paperweight and £30 for shipping. The order was confirmed, my credit card was charged and I was given an order number.

I received an email on the 5th of January 2023 to say my order was "on the way" and given an Evri tracking number. However, the order never arrived. The EVRI site does not recognise the tracking number.

I emailed The Present House twice to ask what was happening with my order, on the 18th of January 2023 and the 23rd of January 2023. I never received any reply.

On the 29th of January 2023 I emailed to say it was clear they didn't intend to honour my order so I requested a full refund. Again no reply. I also submitted messages using their "Contact us" form on the website. No response to that either.

Emailed again on 3rd of February 2023 but again no reply. At this stage I am just going to have to report the transaction as fraud to my credit card company and hope they can reverse the transaction.

Worst online ordering experience ever.
