Terrible Service

Initial dealings were friendly and helpful. I ordrred 12 A2 photos prints. The prints arrived rolled up - first sign of trouble. Upon opening we found that all the prints had clear visible print lines on them. We Whatsapped and emailed with no response. Tried calling, passed from one person to the next before they hung up on us. Shocking service. I had to get everything reprinted at another professional shop. DO NOT use these people!!

Don't Install The PrintShop Publishing program if you run Windows 10 or 11

I installed The PrintShop Publishing Software application 10 years ago on an old Windows 8 system, however it just recently failed. I then purchased the current version; 23.1 December 21, 2025 via Encore Software LLC, to run on Windows 11. I ended up with a catastrophic problem, it took out my Adobe Acrobat V pro pdf writer. The Printshop installs its own pdf system; PDF Fill, PDF tools & PDF writer which conflicts with the Adobe system. I am at a stage where I cannot generate or view PDF files. Although support was helpful, they would not tell me how to uninstall these components. I now have to take my pc to a repair shop to hopefully restore my system. As I mentioned, support was helpful, and refunded the purchase price, now I have to pay to have my system repaired.

This has been my worst experience with The Print Shop

This has been my worst experience with any printing company. I ordered boxes from The Print Shop and every single box came out incorrect. When I raised the issue, I asked for a refund, but instead of resolving the matter, the manager flat-out refused and has since ignored all my messages. Their customer service is shocking, and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Be warned: they are not to be trusted and will happily take your money without delivering what you paid for.

The Printshop DBN North-Most pathetic and service deficient business in Durban

After giving them business for over a year worth over R100k - experienced the worst service under the sun involving repeated broken promises and deadlines terribly jeopardising my business, dishonest staff who show no care in the world, a Director who to date does not answer nor return calls or watsapps - I decided to move my business over sadly after losing major revenue from a long standing client.

How these even become candidates to win Best in Durban awards puts into question the credibility of these award systems?

With the owner being so pathetic in his execution of service - it's no wonder the level of customer service of majority of the staff there is so pathetic.

04 Mar- Supposed to be dispatched
Whatsapp messages blue ticked
05 Mar- Due date for item
Whatsapp messages ignored
07 Mar- Courier notification for locker dispatch
Called 2x separate cell nr's on website, no
answer
Called office, was asked to send email
Email sent
08 Mar- No response, no feedback
LESSON LEARNED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES ONLINE!!!

No After-Sale Service

No After-Sale Service

I requested a photobook of my wedding images for my 1st wedding anniversary and was promised it would be ready on time. When I got to the store to fetch it, it was damaged and I was promised a reprint. It's now over a week since and I am still waiting for a call back from the manager Keith who I have contacted numerous times. Really poor Service.
