We placed an order for 350 unit for an event. The delivery was short delivered by 50 units. When we called to see if there was a box still with the courier they advised that the dispatch department hadn't dispatched the full order and they would send these on and we would get them the following week, however we needed them all before that for an event. Our customer was disappointed. customer service was no help and after telling us that they would eventually arrive they stopped responding to our messages. Also telephone numbers do not work and disconnect. Over all not impressed.

Working with Alanna on my order couldn't have been smoother. When under a time constraint it's it's so reassuring to have a direct contact. Alanna and the team were responsive and meticulous in their approach. The order came promptly, the only delay being that of the shipping company. I am excited to work with the team again on future orders!

Alanna was fast to communicate and always kept me in the loop with progress. Samples and production were arranged promptly. Shipping was quick too - and the packaging high quality! Would recommend

At the beginning, communication with the company was great — but that changed completely once I made my payment. After that, responses became very slow, and the designs I received for my inserts looked extremely poor, likely AI-generated and not at all what was promised.

After waiting over three weeks — well beyond the timeframe they originally offered — I asked for a refund, as the products wouldn’t arrive in time for my project. They refused, saying materials had already been purchased. Despite my insistence, they continued to deny the refund.

Then, the person handling my account emailed to say they were leaving the company, and someone else would take over. No one followed up. I had to chase several times before receiving a reply, only to be told that the original price quoted was wrong and that the actual cost would be nearly double. They offered to either let me pay the difference or request a refund — I chose the refund, but it was never processed.

They sent vague “proof” of refund, but nothing ever arrived. After waiting another three weeks, I had to contact my bank and file a fraud/scam claim to recover my money.

Overall, this has been a very poor and frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I came on to the website, and entered the chat function to make an enquiry. I was pleasantly surprised that I had an actual human on the other end, as opposed to a chat bot. He was super helpful!
