Modern and easy background checks
I was genuinely impressed with the product. The dashboard is intuitive and visually clean, which made it easy to navigate and interpret. I particularly appreciated the design of the candidate profiles and the scoring system — the way information is presented is both aesthetic and functional.
One of the standout features for me was the inclusion of employer and peer scores alongside the more traditional criminal, financial, and health data. Bringing those together into an overall candidate score feels like a more holistic and modern approach to background screening, and it’s a direction I’d like to see more providers take.
Another excellent feature is the ongoing monitoring capability. The ability to receive alerts if a candidate who is now an active employee experiences a regulatory event is a huge value-add. This kind of proactive insight helps employers stay compliant and responsive without relying solely on one-time checks.
