Update: After writing this review we have received multiple phone calls and were offered a monetary voucher of our choosing to take this review down, this seems like standard practice and goes some way to explaining why such a poor company has such a good review rating.

If you ever think, wow this really is the worst case scenario, it's worth taking a risk on this company, don't! However bad your situation they will make it worse. We tried selling through their investor route and direct to them and honestly sales people just flat out lie and make false promises. You agree and then whoever you end up with is so surprised by what you've been told but, what a shame it's not their department they can't help. I can say with complete certainty the most likely outcome is months wasted, a property which is harder to sell and you end up in a situation worse than you started. This simply is not an option and I would encourage anyone to completely disregard it. You might think oh it's a low offer but, worth it- it isn't and you won't end up getting even close to the money they offer in even close to the timeframe. I read some of these reviews before and thought, we are really out of options so lets at least try...don't make my mistake.

Nope! This is definitely for you, you dealt predominantly with my husband through your 'investor route' and we also dealt with the other company and had much the same experience! I'm sure this is not a surprise as we and I am sure many others have had this conversation with you many times.

Didn't use the service in the end as the property sold via an estate agent in their last last weeks of contract, but the advice we received from Yash was honest and very helpful.

I was contacted by Grant Bishop following my initial enquiry. Grant was professional, yet friendly and approachable. He was very knowledgeable about selling your property this way.
I was made an offer which l am currently considering

My wife Mary posted an earlier review when TPBC withdrew from a purchase at the 11th hour, citing reasons that they had known about for some time, having already reduced their offer by £37k (16%) about 6 weeks earlier for the same reasons. They did offer an alternative buyer but with a further £9k reduction (4%). We initially rejected that offer and soon found a local buyer who offered £12k more.

Three weeks later the local buyer withdrew for reasons unconnected to the property so we went back to TPBC.

They agreed very quickly to honour their most recent offer and promised to complete within a week. This they managed to do thanks to a concerted effort from all their team and two switched on firms of solicitors. Special mention must go to Justine and the CEO Karl for making sure this happened.

Very quick response. Spoke to a gentleman named grant who was really helpful and very easy to talk too in regards my late mums property. Highly recommend

This company offered to buy my flat for cash but tried to entice me into signing me into a one-sided property sales contract that contravened the Law Society Standard conditions. Wasted my time.
