All of the team were so helpful and approachable and friendly. Every time I called with a query there was someone who was happy to help and had the information I needed to hand. Jess and Gemma were proactive and eager to help and they took so much of the stress out of this process.

Great team ethos, both Jessica and Gemma have been absolutely brilliant.

The property buying and selling company were brilliant from start to were we are now we were able to communicate at all hours the advertising was superb we sold on the first viewing we have had a no hassle experience the duty of care to us is exceptional the conveyancing coy elite property law firm have been incredible especially Lydia dealing with the legal side our cost were covered by the Coy well done to all concerned we can very highly recommend these guys for a quick and stress free experience and we have done already .thank you Melissa Gemma Jessica and all the team .

Amazing service and really helpful staff too. They managed to get really high number of viewings too. I also did get an offer within 28 days, and whilst it was not the amount I wanted, they met their objectives described.

The worst estate agent I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Wanted to see a flat for rent, was spoken to curtly and rudely every time I called. Had a viewing for Friday which was cancelled out of thin air - called and was told the flat had gone. I had called on Wednesday to arrange the viewing, was offered Thursday and declined (due to work), tried to call back on Thursday morning multiple times to say I could make it after all. I was sent to voicemail repeatedly and had to email, was told the agent would see what she could do. Friday got the original viewing cancelled.

Zero communication and zero politeness. Sincerely hope they go out of business. And to Elena - if you don't enjoy speaking to people, you're probably in the wrong line of business.

The process to sell directly to them wasn't good in my experience as they were evasive and the offer eventually made was much less than previously indicated. HOWEVER, Sales Progressor Gemma Robinson made up for this when I sold on the open market through them. Gemma and Jessica made possible a difficult sale I'd been struggling to make a reality for over a year. Thanks especially for getting this over the line when obstacles were thrown in even as late as on completion day.

Is the kindest thing I can find to say about this gormless bunch of chancers.
1- Refered to Potters Bar when they actually meant London SE8.
2- Gave me the wrong name for the person about to ring my doorbell.
3- Accidentally swapped my keys for someone else's so I had to get a locksmith to change the locks.
4- Won't write an accurate description in case it puts people off making a viewing appointment.
I cannot say for absolute certain, but I believe that their staff are so busy writing fake 5* Trustpilot reviews that they are unable to spend any time marketing your property for you.

With the exception of the first part (pre-selling, getting you to sign) the entire experience has been utterly disappointing, in all respect. Poor communication, misaligned marketing of the property, promises never delivered and of course, zero results.

I am very pleased that I chose The Property Selling/Buying Company, I found that from the start to the end they were upfront and honest about the process they took at every stage! The staff were very helpful, professional and polite at all times. There were two lovely ladies that I mainly dealt with JB & GR were brilliant, they looked after me if I had a problem, they would do their best to give me an answer or find a solution. I can’t praise them enough for the effort they put in on my behalf. I would recommend the company and staff to anyone!

The agent didn't turn up. When I looked on Rightmove for the telephone number I discovered the property was sold subject to contract. It was not sold yesterday when I booked the viewing. I called the office and was told if I did not receive a text confirming the viewing basically it was my fault for driving 3 hours and turning up. I did receive a call from the manager to apologise but she said I should have waited for a text before travelling. Scott arranged my appointment and did not tell me to wait for a text. In any case, surely a courtesy call from them to say the viewing is cancelled would be nice? Apparently "Scott" is off sick today. My view is the property is STC so they just could not be bothered to turn up. Absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I would avoid this company in future.

No agent turned up for the viewing appointment. Person at office didn't know who Scott Shaw was. Left voicemail with office manager...never got a return call. Scott Shaw replied to my email with "what answers do you want?"
This company does not seem very professional.

I was sceptical dealing with TPSC to begin with, this is no reflection on the company it is because I’m quite a risk adverse person however I received the most amazing and professional service throughout my selling experience. Gemma Robinson was an absolute star and a real credit to you. We came across a land registry issue at the final stage of the sale but Gemma was excellent trying all she could to sort it and keeping me as the seller and the buyers fully informed at every step. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and if you get Gemma to deal with you will be in the best possible hands. Thanks TPSC.

We lost £1000.00 of hard earned money because jess,scott and other jess anderson, none told us about such a big issue of struct movement on the house we were buying. It got picked up by bank. Do not use this company if you are First time buyers as they will not be truthful to start with and like us , we lost the money we paid for searches and starting process:(. Now we see the property is gone on Auction, no one from the company apologised nor they bothered of the whole situation, we had to go through.
AVOID ..AVOID
It was our first time buyer bad nightmare that we came and dealt with The property selling company..

Excellent customer service! Seamless process start to finish! A real credit to the company

I have already wrote a review for Abbie Willis as her customer service was exceptional during the process of us selling and buying a new property; but she left the business before we completed, to which she did a thorough handover to Kim Elliott, who did an equally amazing job and got us over the line (by kicking a few solicitors in touch) The Property Selling Company obviously know how to employ the right kind of people!
