Compelling promise, experience not quite there

I recently tried The Protocole in the hopes of working with a more premium provider of clean, high-quality peptides. Their prices are about 4-5x higher than other, what some might call "gray market" providers, but I wouldn't say my experience scaled up to match that.

For one, some of their tech and UX is clearly still new and clunky—for instance, I was prompted to fill out their onboarding questionnaire twice and my first consultation invite didn't include a dial-in link. I also paid for overnight delivery when I completed checkout, but actually received my peptides 5-6 days later after the consultation call. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to one of the two I purchased—which I initially believe might be a personal issue, though upon reading the prior review I'm less certain.

They've since offered me a 30% credit towards another peptide, but because they're so expensive I'm not sure it makes sense given the not exactly white-glove experience.

Untrustworthy place

I am extremely experienced in peptides, never had a problem. I had a massive reaction to two separate purchases from them. One was a peptide I have used before many times with zero issues, the other was NAD which is literally in every cell of the body so it's impossible to be allergic. Clearly they are selling poor quality products with either contaminants or bad binders or fillers. They offered zero help and no refund or credit for other products. Stay away from this place.
