Quickly becoming one of my favourite online shops. I purchased a few crystals recentle and they are absolutely gorgeous, their size is impressive and their were packed with genuine care! I've also had a Reading with Black Moon Cove and it was such a treat - Presented in audio format, alongside photographic display of the cards taken. I absolutly loved it and will repeat.
I've been exploring the contents of the Psychic Tree and I am in love with it - From books to incenses, oils, crystals and even readings...I love this shop and its concept!!

I placed an order for a ‘Love Never Lost’ Candle & some other items and had them posted directly to someone who is going through a recent bereavement as I thought they would be nicely packaged and something of comfort during a terrible time. Unfortunately a mistake was made in packaging and they were sent a ‘success’ candle. This was rectified after the recipient seen the receipt and realised I hadn’t sent her this so contacted Psychic Tree herself who sent the right candle out. Changes really need to be made to ensure double checking takes place on your ordered as this is a horrendous mistake to make.

I sent an email expressing how embarrassed I was that my friend had received such an inappropriate gift but feel it was not taken with the seriousness it deserved and felt I was brushed off basically saying she’s received the correct candle second time round but really not good enough in the circumstances!

I really enjoyed my one question reading from Raven. This was gifted to me and I have never done a reading like this over email. I feel like there was a lot of points that resonated with what I have been feeling. It was very thorough and insightful. Thank you!

Ordered some crystals, inscense and a necklace from here. A couple of my crystals arrived damaged, reached out to customer service and they sent out replacements the same day. Very happy with the service and I have made a second order today. Thank you

Delivery took a long time. I had no direct experience with the seller and this all could have been far beyond their control or mine.

Brilliant customer support. I'm just getting into crystals so brought the healing starter pack, to get an idea of what is good for me. Unfortunately one of the crystals was chipped and one was missing. Not a problem. Sent an email got a reply same day, and 2 days later replacements arrived. Excellent. Obviously I'd have liked it to be perfect at the start...but I believe this shows the company in better depth. And they are excellent. Thanks Holly ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous clear quartz energy point, love it thankyou so mucnfull of energy

leaving aside the long delivery times blamed on Christmas when in fact the order wasn't sent, my chakra bracelet wasn't a chakra bracelet, not vibrant colours like the picture and in fact, the 7 stones were six - with clear quartz repeating twice.
after a long wait, a total disappointment and very poor quality overall.

The reading, rang a lot of bells for me, which gave me the clarity and the confidence, to move on in my life.

My original order went astray and I contacted the company. There was a swift response and a replacement amethyst heart was sent. It turned out the error was all mine - I had made a mistake with regard to the delivery address! A lovely company to deal with and the Amythyst Heart is beautiful.

They didn’t refund for items I sent back, I asked for the weight of the parcel they received and their answer was silence.

Lovely items all as described, postage was quick and everything well packaged. Will shop here again, thank you!

I purchased an emerald stallion in the rare collection, terrible quality, was wrapped safely but I thought it would have come in a nice box to, was also covered in a layer of dust.

But only send one...you will say that it clearly states on the advert but look again it's implied 11 stones
