I am so sad and dissapointed. I read all the good rewiews and thougt this was a serious and Professional company. I was so wrong. Money and time totally wasted. I have three dogs and wanted one poster with them together. They could not do that. So i had to order three posters, but they did not want to take my order unless i paid first. So it took me over one week to order due to bad communication, wrong colors, wrong text and the fact that they did not want to spend time on me unless i paid them first. Last poster came as a prewiew when i was on a trip and i didnt have my reading glasses. But i really wanted the posters before christmas and i thougt that If they deliver something bad i have a right as a costumer to return the product. Later that night with a closer look i saw that the toy was in the main fokus and not the puppy. That told me this is computer made and no human being have checked that this product is looking good and made by Professional artists as they claim on the webside. The same day as i ordered and paid, i emailed them and asked If they could make changes on the poster. They said it was to late. I had already paid, so there was nothing i could do. I recived the posters and was so dissapointed to see that one puppy was made red (they must have printed the first suggestion, i told them it was not red… but golden and cream white so they adjusted it before i paid) and the poster of the dog with the toy was so bad looking. The third puppy was looking ok, but not good. Not worth the money. The picture i sent them was so good it could not be possible to mess up. So not satisfied with that one either. Paper was poor quality and packaging and box and letter anonymous and cheap. I returned the posters, but the company refuse to return money. Because they cant sell the posters to someone else. I ended up spending a lot of time and money on a product that was far from expectations and what the commercial promised. The service and communication was not ok, and final product absolutley not worth the money. I am really dissapointed and sad about this experience and will recomend to choose another company that actually are interested in doing a good job and make costumers happy. It is a pet and a bestfriend we order a poster of, and it is important that the puppy looks like the puppy and that the puppy is the main focus on the poster and not the surrondings….

Is was an easy proces. It all went very fast. They wrote fast back to you, if you had any question or changes you wanted to be made. AND most important of all, the poster was so pretty and so acurate!

Would not buy at full price, it’s a bit overpriced. There were some elements that were supposed to be removed,but when I looked/zoomed in the pic there were several spots remaining. But the attitude of the person who answered me was kind of rude,so I just let it slide. Also the face was much smaller than it looked on the preview,and that was really disappointing.. I wanted a close up,glowing wow photo,but instead she is “just there” not the centre ..

I love the poster, it's amazing. I ordered the watercolour portrait style of my daughter's dog, and it turned out absolutely fantastic. I can hardly wait to give it to her as a present.

Don’t think twice, if you want a beautiful reminder of your pet on the wall. This was an excellent service. I found it personal and small company feeling. I loved the picture I got. I ordered without a frame and may order with a frame for my next picture. Can’t wait to order my other dog. Thank you Puppy poster.

The picture itself was very nice, very happy with the product.
But i got no confirmation mail that the order was ok when i bought it and no email that the product was sent. I had to send an email and then i got an confirmation and tracking link.

Loved the design, just what i wanted! only problem is the price, but i understand, that someone has to sit and create it and they deserve good money for their work.
