I ordered a top on the 20th of October and was told it would take 2 days to deliver. I was given no way to track the order, and after reaching out every 7 days to check on the status (each time being told it will be there in 2 days)
I was eventually told it couldn't be delivered as the phone number I provided was incorrect.
I asked for them to send the number they had, as I didn't believe I gave the wrong number and also explain how a wrong phone number would stop the order being delivered.
I wish I read reviews before ordering from them.
Seems no one is having a good experience with them.

I used to love Ragged Priest. Ordered a top from their new collection and it literally looked like it had been washed multiple times, the quality wasn't there at all. Also had to pay to return, which I don't think you used to do..

I've ordered from Ragged Priest several times, and usually everything went well but this last order was horrible. The appearance and fit of the jeans was nothing like the picture online - I ordered the satellite jeans. Also, it took them a whole month to ship the order. Very disappointing. Never buying from them again.

Ordered a jacket on the 16th of September and I am still waiting!!!! Have had back and forth emails with apologies saying the warehouse was having issues. Have just seen on their instagram story a “gifted” ad from an influencer. Maybe sort out the orders from people who have actually paid you before you send things out as gifts for social media traction.

Ordered on the 9th Oct for next day delivery, still nothing (it's now 21st). Apparently they have issues with their warehouse shipping notifications and that I should get my parcel today/tomorrow, I was told this a week ago and now my emails are getting ignored.

Good piece fast shipping will be buying from them again.

placed an order on october 9th, its now the 18th and still no parcel even though on the website it says 2-4 day evri delivery! checked my order multiple times and it still says ‘unfulfilled’ and emailed them to follow up. Got a response 3 days later saying they were having issues with their shipping notifications and saying it should be with me that day or the after (14th/15th) but still haven’t had a dispatch email!!! avoid ordering, should’ve checked the reviews before i did as many people seem to be having this issue!

Ordered almost 7 days ago and still no dispatch or tracking email, contacted via email and was told it would be here by today but nothing, have emailed and asked for tracking details and got no response. Not happy at all

I placed an order on 23rd September...it's now 12th October.
My initial email on 30th September to enquire about the dispatch was replied to the same day and told they are moving warehouse so there's a delay (would be good to put that on Ur website?!?) .. Told my order was being dispatched either that day or the next day (a lie).
6th October..... I emailed again as still nothing, no communication, no delivery.
I haven't had a reply.
12th October.... Still nothing and I have now requested a full refund.
Very bad, I always thought this was a reputable business as I've known this name since I was a teenager so quite shocked to see the reviews on here... And sadly to say I won't be purchasing from them again. I will be making sure I get my refund.

UPDATE: I received by parcel later on the Same day I wrote the above review. There was no communication to tell me it was coming. I got a reply from ragged Priest after emailing them to say I wanted a refund and they said the order had been shipped out... But no apology... So this review will stay as it is and I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

I have ordered two jumpers on the 17th September and have heard nothing in terms of updates on my order. I contacted on instagram (24th sep) and got told to wait til that Monday as there were warehouse problems… i then waited til that Tuesday (1st Oct) and still no update… not sure what’s going on but I wish there was a contact number to sort this out! My order is 271611

Update: it’s been over a month and I have not received my parcel.

maybe need to have NZD as an option, jeans fitted perfectly

Unreliable international shippping and non existing costumer support. My order was lost, I contacted them immediately und repeatedly via mail and Instagram, but after two weeks (their site says they respond within 4 days at most) still not a word from them. There is no way in getting in contact via phone. I was looking forward to new clothes, now I just want my money back.

Awful communication from customer service.
I returned some clothes, and tracking has shown the package as delivered.
It has now been nearly a month, and I haven’t received any return confirmation emails or the REFUND itself!! I have emailed the info & return customer service emails and have had no response. I hope to have this resolved very soon.

they steal my money and I’m still waiting for the refund

Never received my package, because it just reached some depot and never got handed to the delivery service in this country. No way of getting it delivered. It took a long time to access customer services, but they eventually replied and issued a refund. Disappointed and won’t be shopping here again because I don’t trust that the package would arrive, but it might be okay if you live in the UK.

I only found out about this company by chance when my mother bought at a second-hand store pair of their wave jeans with glitter denim silver/black. After they became my favorite pants on more than a year (and most fittingly sitting!), I decided to order more.

Their prices, even with 30-40% discounts, were too high for me, but since I had a subscription to their newsletter, I was able to catch the recent sale with up to 90% discounts, and ordered two jeans for 5 and 20£. Delivery to Ireland cost me 8£ and took 11 days.
I took a bit of a risk with the shipping because if something didn't suit me, I would have to pay for the return shipping myself.

but everything was... superb: size, length, colour, waist, style, quality! It feels like someone tailored this 26 size exactly for me, and this is especially surprising considering that I often had problems with women's jeans due to narrow hips, they could be tight on the legs but literally hang loose on the hips/waist, I so hated this feeling and finally so nice to feel that something sit tight on waist! Both jeans, despite being different in style (Goliath Jean Green Acid Wash and Clacker Dad Jean), share this "exact fitting" attitude.

It is very convenient that you indicate the height and jeans size of the model in the photo, would be also nice to mention country where jeans is made.

I bought the butt cut jeans. Looks awesome, really like the style. However, sizing is completely off. I wear a Levi's 28 and their size 30 is barely fitting... I hope it will expands with wearing.
But, what bugs me more, they sent me the jeans without any paper label, that indicates it is a new pair of jeans... The sewn-in tag is discoloured as it has been washed before. Not sure if it is a brand new pair.
