Seems to be a scam…
Has been more than two months since I placed an order and the order still remains unfulfilled. No updates, no confirmation, i lost £70 i guess. Sent them an email, no reply.

This company is very secretive about the source of its clothes and material, while the excuse “we’re a small business” does not qualify for ethical clothing.
I found out after I ordered an item, which never arrived. Terrible customer service, it took me 4 weeks to get someone to issue me a refund. Avoid.

We do however recommend using parcelmonkey.com/uk to compare prices/couriers as we’ve found this to be the most cost effective way to send your parcel back.
