I am dissatisfied with the customer service and their Theragun Elite Red. I purchased it because the product was highly reviewed and recommended. I purchased it in Feb 2021 and I haven’t extensively u... See more

Therabody A Brand That Truly Cares 🤍
I’ve been using Therabody products for 8 years and they’ve never failed me. Not once.
As a professional massage therapist, I depend on these tools every day. Their quality is unmatched, and their customer service is truly human. Every time I’ve needed support, they’ve shown me not just solutions but care.
It’s rare to trust a brand this deeply. Therabody is part of my hands, my routine, my clients’ healing.
I’m grateful, always.

Too Large of a Fit
I couldn’t leave a review on the Therabody website, so I’m adding here. My skin does feel softer after using the TheraFace Glo mask. But it is just one size and I have a smaller framed skull and face. I cannot tighten it any more and it’s quite heavy. I feel like it is pulling down on my eyes (upper eyelid pulled down causing lower lid to open and drag down)The eye protection is quite large for me, not allowing the red light to get to those pesky spots like crows feet, under eye creases, and even above the eyebrow. Even lying down to keep the mask on doesn’t fix main focal points I wanted this for is useless. I don’t know how anyone can use the “massage” option. It just vibrates causing intense itching on the nose. I wish it came in a couple different sizes as we are not all the same frame. Will more than likely return.
Chose another brand
The products are hit and miss have always been a loyal customer of their massage guns that are far superior to others have I tried.
That said, I will be moving away from the competition - why you ask?
1. Returned and they received an item on the 8th of dec theraboots pro plus (amazing product, just bad purchase timing.
YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND and we are now in January!!!!!!!
2. Requested a return label for their Theraback, no label and guess refund will appear in 2027 if at all. NO they do not stick to their own 10-15 days for return policy before the brand responds to this!
3. They charged my card for a product I had in cart - no order confirmation email, no shipment details and product not received.
Contacted them and they have no info regarding the order.
THERABODY YOU ARE THIEVES!
Just got the theragun prime today
This honestly feels like any other massage gun on the market, but with a whopping price tag of 260$ with taxes this is just not worth your money. My first impressions of this product was although it advertises itself as deep tissue massage gun it doesn't do what they say it does. And upon opening my package there sounds like a rattle coming from within maybe a loose screw or loose part. But, for 260$ im expecting something premium not some regular massage gun with a loose screw.
TWO Mini's dead on arrival. No customer support to repair.
I can’t believe this, but I’ve now had two brand-new Theragun Minis (first the Mini 2, now the Mini 3) arrive completely dead right out of the box. Neither one would power on at all — there is a light but response, nothing. These aren’t cheap products, and to have the same failure happen on two different generations is really unacceptable for a company this big.
Customer service made the situation worse. They gave me no way to service or repair the Mini 2. Their advice was basically to throw it away instead of offering any meaningful support or solution. Because of that experience, I’m not even bothering to troubleshoot the Mini 3. I’m sending it back immediately because I refuse to waste more time with a company that won’t stand behind its products.
I really wanted to like Theragun, but after two defective Minis in a row, I’ve completely lost confidence in their quality control. I can’t recommend this brand to anyone. Save yourself the frustration.
The worst customer service ever!
The worst customer service ever! I tried to cancel an order, however after hours of delay I was told they were trying their best to cancel through their warehouse. Needless to say they delivered the unwanted item. I did not open the package but immediately requested to return it. (The company guarantees returns.). This took several emails before I was sent an authorisation and return label. Royal Mail tracking showed the item had been returned, however I received no confirmation. After going back to the company I was told they would check with the warehouse. I’ve now been told they will resend me another item as soon as possible. I did not request a new machine! I requested a refund! Their service is the worst I have encountered. I am still awaiting my refund of £149. As an update, I finally received my refund, but I’m convinced that it was because I wrote an email to Therabody every single day asking where was the refund. I also phoned my credit card company, who advised me on how to “raise a dispute”. Needless to say, this was not a pleasant shopping experience and I shall never shop with Therabody again!
Excellent UK Customer Service
Excellent customer service from the team in London office. Sorted out an issue with a broken massage gun promptly and professionally. Thanks for your help.
Defective product, defective customer service
I bought an expensive Therabody Theragun Prime because reviews said it had a good companion app to direct you on usage and automatically set the right level of treatment and duration for massaging the different parts of your body. The unit worked a handful of times before it stopped connecting to the app through Bluetooth. I sent it back and got a replacement unit that didn’t connect to Bluetooth at all from the start. When I contacted customer service they said they would only honor returns made during the first 30 days of the ORIGINAL purchase (their emphasis). So they failed twice and told me to go pound sand the second time. One of the worst and most expensive customer experiences I’ve ever had.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought a product for almost $800, less than 24 hours later they discounted it and it was on the website for $499
I reached out to see if I could receive any sort of credit or refund as opposed to sending the whole thing back and rebuying it since it was less than 24 hours. However, customer service was unhelpful and there was not even a phone number provided to talk to anyone. Just some stupid email
Theragun has lost its way!! Very disappointed.
I bought a Theragun 7 years ago and loved it. I recently needed a new one. I could not get a sales rep on the phone to answer product questions. So I bought it anyway and was disappointed. The on/off button didn’t work with normal pressure. It was defective out of the box. Returned it to retailer. Despite its success, Theragun has lost its way, poor quality control, and no customer service. And I don’t think they care!
Top worst company's service even dealt with
I thought it's a luxurious brand with great service. without exaggeration this's the top worst company I dealt with in my entire life.
I think support team are just a bunch of chilling folks waiting the end of the month to receive salaries. That's it.
I'd imagine them laughing over customers' frustration every day.
If I were a decision maker at Therabody I would fire each and every one of them.
Cheap product, terrible customer service and accountability
Good product, until it breaks and their customer service doesn't care.
Average
Wow, I am surprised just how low the ratings are! But yes, it is average. For the price and so on. Theragun is good but not very easy to hold. It vibrates all over, so it is not easy to pinpoint.
Terrible Experience with Theragun
Terrible Experience with Theragun
I bought a Theragun brand new, left it sealed, and only opened it recently—straight out of the box it didn’t work. Customer service refused to help, blaming “battery degradation” even though the device was never used once.
A premium-priced product should not fail before its first use, and a reputable company should take responsibility. Instead, I was left with an expensive, useless device and no support.
Don’t waste your money—better alternatives exist with companies that actually stand behind their products.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Almost impossible to get a reasonable response. They’re thrilled one paid stupid money for this thing. Plenty out there better and way less expensive. Don’t buy this thing.
Worst customer service experience I've…
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. How disappointing it is to find a representative who doesn't care for the company they work for. I was promised a 10% discount for signing up prior to my first purchase, which I did. The company’s offer was clear: sign up, and you’ll get a discount. I have confirmed that I did exactly that. Signed up, waited for the 10% that was never delivered and proceed to make a purchase. I contacted the support team to see if they would honor the 10%. However the representative just stated that I had already made a purchase, so they wouldn't do it.
When a customer faces an issue, the first question a company representative should ask is not "Was the customer wrong?" but "Is our company in the wrong and, if so, how do we fix it?" It is disappointing to see that the focus was not on solving the problem, but on questioning its validity. A good representative should always aim to reflect the company’s commitment to its customers and its promises.
Instead of simply writing the first thing that comes to mind, the priority should have been to find a solution and honor the promise that was made. It's truly disheartening to see a representative who is not focused on upholding the company's best image.
We had a Therabody RecoveryTherm Back…
We had a Therabody RecoveryTherm Back as a gift from our daughter, and we only use it once every week or two, and it lasts only 6 months, and broken, and when we tried to do warranty, haha, it's a disaster! Their service team finds every reason to decline your warranty claim.
move away from any Therabody products cause it is low low-quality products and even lower services.
Offering only a 10 percent off a new…
Offering only a 10 percent off a new product (values at about $30) for their trade in program is pretty diabolical considering the price of their products. No point in having any in person stores if they don’t care about the average consumer. Should probably stick to selling to physical therapists and other businesses cause clearly the rest of us don’t matter
Do not buy Theragun Pro Plus
I have a Theragun Pro Plus. It was great for six months, then started shedding tiny metal flakes and started to rattle. Therabody's customer service DOES NOT EXIST. I submitted the problem three times...nothing. I would avoid this and maybe buy a cheaper competitor, because part of what you're paying for is service.
Horrible service
Horrible service. Returned the jetboots. They've had the packaged for over three says now and still have not processed the return, to start the refund.
