Stomach massager arrived via US mail. No marking as to lithium battery. on box. Would not charge and I doubt that a battery is inside. The return policy is very difficult per their explicit instructions. Customer pays postage to an fro. Unit must be wrapped with every piece of packing material and instructions which were not included but they say are. You need a special address and then relate to them the tracking number. So transportation costs could be more than the $79 cost and still end up with a dud.
I think we might have a scam. Possibly some really receive a working model to encourage good reviews. I rate awful on all counts.

It stopped working after a couple months.
I was busy and by the time I emailed the company to complain it was outside warranty.

The best they could do was have me post it from the UK to America at my own expense, costing me a further £25 for a replacement.

Clearly I don't want to invest further money in a product that let me down after only being used a few times.

It's not a reliable product in my experience.

I wondered whether this company is real due to lack of reviews, but surprisingly, they are legit! Ordered a hand massage machine which came in a few days and so far it's working great.
