Have spent$1,000-$1200 with no results. Was to be set up with leads coming in within 3 months. Its been 7 months and now they are asking for more$$$. They have a 2.3-2.5 rating, I tried to elavate,as I am a high profile Company. But to me, they not!

They’ve been calling me for years multiple times a day. I got a little bit of silence when I called the company directly and ask them to take me off their list and they’ve started back. Relentless.Horrible. Would never ever do business with them because of this. Ever.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ranking Geeks LLC has been extremely disappointing.

I started working with them around August and paid approximately $1,700 total ($999 for website development and $250/month for marketing services). A major part of the agreement was setting up, verifying, and maintaining my Google Business Profile.

Although the profile was briefly activated, it was quickly suspended. Despite months of follow-ups and repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved, nothing was properly fixed. My Google Business Profile remained suspended, which completely defeated the purpose of the marketing services I paid for.

As a small business owner, visibility on Google is critical. I lost valuable time and potential customers during those months.

Eventually, I hired another marketing company. They were able to resolve the Google Business issue and get my account live within 4 business days — something that Ranking Geeks LLC was unable to accomplish after several months.

Communication also became unprofessional toward the end, including a phone call that was abruptly terminated when I requested accountability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage other business owners to do thorough research and proceed with caution before committing to long-term marketing agreements.

SEAN is the best. He is very organized , kind, patient, helpful, and trustworthy. He has helped grow all technical components needed to scale big business.

Deceptive practices. Told us they could help increase our leads but we were with Angi's List so we told them we were under contract and could not change to them. They told us to remove our card on the autopayment to Angi's list. I told them we could not do that because we were already under contract and would have penalties if we cancelled. Then they said we would have a cancellation fee with them when we did not agree to anything nor was anything set up except they had our company name. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Pushy scammy won’t stop calling me.

I literally paid these people so much money they said I would have my website for life to my surprise. I quit working with them about a few months ago, they did explain that even if we were to part ways, I would still have my website but going to my Google page. They completely removed my website and now my website is not existent.

An awful company - don`t recommend them to work. They did not do anything valuable and pressed me to continue working. And finally, blocked my Google business account! Called me 10 times per day!!!

Supposedly “Adam Harris” from the “Houston” location has called me several times. Today I decided to hang up after hearing the spiel yet again. Minutes later he decided to text me from a separate number to tell me how “unprofessional” I was for hanging up. If this is how they act before they even get your business I can’t imagine how horrible it would be to actually try to get anything done with them.

Terrible. Derrick foster sold me on a “ads package” i had a clear email that said this was the add spend for 6 months and then started receiving charges from Google. This was 2300$ down the drain then they convinced me to buy a “website SEO” package. They did nothing. Terrible work. Then I found out that they were using our Google profile to write fake reviews. They call me every day now and I am furious.

I worked with Ranking Geeks to manage and support my business website. My experience became deeply frustrating and disruptive due to lack of communication and handling of a critical website issue.

On Thanksgiving, I was contacted for the first time regarding renewal and was told that if I did not renew services, my website would be taken down. This was the first notice I received. I responded that I planned to migrate my site on the following Monday. Despite this, my website was taken down less than 24 hours later.

On Monday, I was given access again, but the version provided was from more than six months earlier. All newer pages were missing, including pages I had created over time that represented an estimated 50 hours of work. These pages were essential to my business and had been live prior to the takedown.

I immediately contacted the company to address the missing content and request assistance, but I did not receive a timely response or resolution.

I understand that contracts and renewals matter, but I expect reasonable notice, clear communication, and safeguards when a company is responsible for hosting or managing a client’s website. Losing months of work with no warning and no response afterward caused unnecessary stress and business disruption.

I hope this feedback encourages better communication practices and protections for future clients.

This company calls me probably 12 times a week asking me how my home advisor account is doing even though I have asked them not to call me no more they call me harassing me every single day I would not trust this company.

We discontinued doing business with the Ranking Geeks due to getting no results. After we discontinued doing business with the Ranking Geeks, they proceeded to sabotage our Google business pages. Editing our business names. Adding words like loser and scam to our business profiles. Google eventually suspended our pages. We had to manually remove the Ranking Geeks from our page managers and go through the appeals process with Google. Stay away from this company!

I thoroughly enjoyed my collaboration with James. While he exhibits a strong drive to complete projects efficiently, particularly when assembling a comprehensive website, I have encountered no issues with the cost at this time. I am not inclined towards excessive fees and appreciate transparency in pricing. Please make your decision and be forthright.

Daily harassing phone calls by rude company representatives outsourced to Pakistan. They completely ignore requests to be removed from call list and try to solicit by verbal force. Very unprofessional, poor representatives for any company as well as their own personal character.
