I have a jack russel xfrench bulldog ,
I have a jack russel xfrench bulldog ,i i was regretting the day we got her she was just full on biting jumping ripping up anything she could ,driving every one crazy , this is what happened the day after i plugged 2 in ,no more jumping biting ,she is a different dog ,she is now 11 months old wish i knew about therapet earlier ,it had changed our life and my dogs life ,thank you ,I definitely recommend this great product

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I ordered 1 diffuser +2 refills only received 2 refills, which are pretty useless without diffuser.
Ive emailed 6 times, each time taking about 4 day to answer and every reply, says ive recieved my order........Im still trying to sort the issue.......I'll never use them again and certainly wouldn't recommend.

Electrical unsafe product- dog starter kit
We ordered 30-day dog starter kit. It comprises a pheromone diffuser to be connected to a mains electrical outlet. The kit was ordered through Facebook, was priced in sterling,& was delivered to the UK. The box was prominently labelled "To be used with 110-120v AC only". This voltage is not available in UK. Using it with 240v is a fire hazard

I have a one year old Dachshund
I have a one year old Dachshund. We got him at 9 months, underweight, nervous and just very sad. My son has 3 Dachshunds and I knew toilet training is very difficult. I had a monthly subscription for puppy pads and a carpet cleaner that never got put away! I ordered these and if I am honest didn’t expect much. Plugged one in and forgot about it. Realised at the weekend we had not had any accidents for over a week. My spaniel is till barking at everything he can see out of the window though. I think it’s a spaniel thing! He thinks he is the local neighbourhood watch! But the toiling was my main concern and I can’t praise this enough. Brilliant stuff highly recommend for toileting. Not so sure about the barking though

Don't waste your time or money
I ordered the dog refill set on March 7, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the product or a reply from customer service. Don't waste your money with this company.
After multiple emails, initiating a chargeback and over a month later, I finally got a refund. Still do not recommend this company. As someone who has made customer service a life career, the level of service was horrendous.

12 days and Order hasn't shipped.
It has been 12 days since I ordered a diffuser bundle and opted in for the re-order option. My product has not been processed, shipped, let alone delivered. I have tried to call the business with no answer. I have sent emails with no response. At this point I'm wondering if this company is a scam or not. This is completely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, I would not trust this company.

I ordered 2 defussers with refills and they don't work at all! My dog even peed on one lolol!
I sent email for refund and they refuse to respond but have no issues flooding my email with advertisements lol!
