Hi, I’m Laura. I’m a specialist therapist for ADHD. I’m a therapist for ADHD, with ADHD. You don't have to over-explain or justify your ADHD to me, because I get it. I help adults worldwide take back control of their ADHD. I offer specialist, bespoke therapy, tailored to fit you and your ADHD. Using evidence-backed therapies and the latest ADHD research, I help people manage the difficulties of ADHD, alongside any other challenges that come with it. My focus is on giving you the tools, strategies, and systems that you've been missing - because nobody ever teaches you how to manage your ADHD in a world that isn't set up for it. No rigid cookie cutter style therapies here. My approach is about working with the ADHD, rather than fighting against it. For people with ADHD (diagnosis not needed), who want to manage their ADHD better. Supporting people worldwide (excluding USA/Canada).

This therapy has been life changing

This therapy has been life changing for me. Laura is an exceptional therapist. Sessions were relaxed but structured, each week learning new skills and techniques to help my anxiety and adhd. Every week was different, focusing on the area of my choosing. I found sessions to be really helpful, the information was very practical so easy to implement and I left feeling that I had new things to try out and to control my stress, anxiety and adhd. We created systems that focused on helping me stop procrastinating at work that included adhd techniques, triggers and techniques to overcome my barriers. Laura is very knowledgeable about ADHD and shared lots of research and information to help me understand my adhd better.

I had tried therapy before in the past which didnt work for me so i was ambivalent about trying it out again but i am so thankful I did as I have noticed huge improvements. Thank you.
