Got one of these emailed many times and no reply as item didn't turn up. Website closed down found their new one and sent message saying if I do not receive a refund or my item I will go forward with legal action 5 days later it turned up. Used it on my daughter hair the thing for so hot it melted the bit where the hair accessorys clip on and then kept shotting off. I have tried to find the site again and now can't. Disgusting service. I ordered this start of December and turned up 2 days ago after me threatening legal action but now can't get in touch to complain about it melting due to getting so hot all we did was dry the hair slightly and do two curls and it was no good

Christmas Scam.
I ordered the 5 in 1 product for my daughter early December and no product by end January. To be honest, reading the reviews, even if it did arrive I wouldn't plug it in in case it burned my house down!
I claimed for a refund through my credit card last week. I do wonder how these companies are allowed credit card facilities for online trading... it just helps the scammers to take our money.

Bought two of the therawraps of the Snapchat adverts on the 3rd December for Xmas presents as it was two for £59.. then when I checked my bank account they had taken £130 out of my account! When emailing to ask why I’ve been charged twice I just got an automated reply saying that I will receive my order within two weeks! Only received the order yesterday which was the 17th January 2022 6weeks later!! To realise the items came in broken squashed up cheap cardboard boxes and don’t even work! Absolute scammers!! I’m fuming, luckily I was able to get my money back when I spoke to my bank! Surprise surprise the website is no longer working lol, next time I will defo not buy of them adverts as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me.

SCAM !! I ordered two of the Theraswraps and the "company" didn't reply to any of my emails when I tried to asked of their whereabouts. But after 6½ weeks, they randomly turned up (in crushed, ripped boxes) and one was a gift 😡 After using it just once, it had broken !! My sister-in-laws didn't even turn on at all. I'm fuming. All their pages, websites etc are now non-existent 😡😡

Ordered the 5 in 1 and the hair dryer. Dec21 checked to see where my order was after14 days and the website is no more. Scam for Christmas instead of the products. So disappointed. Do not trust therawrapoff.com site if you manage to get onto the site.

Ordered 5 in 1 and hairdryer on 30th November and emailed to chase got automated reply I have a tracking number that doesn’t exist when tracking now website no longer accessible
THIS IS A BIG SCAM !!!

It's a scam, stay clear. I ordered the 5in1 hair straightener and hair dryer on 5th Dec 2021 and after 14 days contacted them via their email contact but only received an automated response claiming some delays but that the order was on its way. Kept contacting them every 2-3 days but to no avail. Eventually, after 4 weeks of waiting they then put on the tracking details and claimed that the order had been delivered but it hadn't. I've seen similar comments on here from other customers with the same story. Their website is now currently down so I will be contacting my bank to claim my money back.

This is definitely a scam!!! I ordered 2 products from this website for Christmas presents on the 4th Dec, I received an email from them to say that the order is delayed due to demand but will be delivered by Christmas, I still have not received my order, when contacting the company via email all I receive is an automated reply, I have now received an email to say that the order has been delivered but when I have tried to contact them on there website it has been removed!! I have now contacted my bank to see if they can reclaim my money

Order a 5 in 1 hair curler on 30/11/21 finally arrived yesterday 10/01/22 after numerous complaints to them & asking them to cancel my order & refund, same generic response to them all. To be honest the instructions are very vague & it does nothing like it shows on the advert. Have given 2 stars because it did arrive - eventually.

Scam ordered 3rd December it’s saying it’s been delivered and I still have nothing

I ordered 5th Dec, ive emailed them every day since middle of Dec with only a computerised response. Its now saying its been delivered and i didnt receive it. Im now going to try and claim my money back from my bank. Stay clear!

Do not order from here!!! I ordered a 5 in 1 hair wrap set as i had seen the advert on snapchat. I Have now had to contact my bank to pull back my money as i have not received the item and when emailing the given customer services email, its clearly an auto message as they do not contact you to update you and it just stays in the order placed status

Absolute scam. Emailed to cancel, only template auto responses.

BOGUS company. I myself recently got scammed by this company. I saw the advert on Snapchat too and saw the 5 star reviews on their site and reluctantly placed the order. To my horror after almost 3 weeks received a damaged “ZHENBAO,” robot vacuum. Nothing like what they advertised. I have been emailing them for the past 2 weeks with no response. What a surprise!!! I have now contacting, Trading Standards and putting a review on here and I will also be contacting Snapchat to not let companies like these scam people of their hard earned money. I am extremely upset as would anyone be for being scammed by companies that take your money and basically rob you. Please do not buy ANYTHING from OhMyWax. It is the same company that is selling these TheraRobot. Also don’t buy anything from Shop.com. All apart of the same scammers.

This is a scam.
I placed an order I found them on Snapchat adverts.
The website no longer exists.
No phone number
And the email address is a gmail account not a business account.
They are doing other adverts on Snapchat. I’d advise not to buy anything off Snapchat adverts!!!!!
