Ordered a light that claimed to be a moving head, DMX compatible, and had RGB lasers, during a 50% off sale. The light I received was none of the above. I screenshot the description and emailed them with questions, assuming they sent me the wrong light. I emailed several times before stating that I needed a response within 24 hours or I'd leave a review.

I've demanded a refund, and left a 1-star rating with a review on the Shop app.

Also, the 3 day fast shipping just means they get it in the mail in 3 days, but it comes from China, so be prepared to wait much longer than anticipated.

Sadly as the other reviewer has said - this very much appears to be a scam website. Ordered, sent an email saying I needed the lights within the 7 days advertised (they advertise 5-7). 9 emails later aside from some bot replies on Instragram I have £150 worth of lights with "Ali Baba Delivery", the 7 days have elapsed, not a single email replied to. I see they have now switched reviews off on their Facebook page whilst the bot comments keep rolling in. Fortunately American Express will arrange a chargeback but I still need to find some lights. Avoid this website at all costs.

Placed an order, received email confirmation but after 12 days nothing has arrived. They sent a tracking number for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery but all it says is that the sender has sent the item and they are waiting for it. I tried to contact by email, and the online chat function and requested a refund but haven’t heard anything from the comlany
