This is another really good review of there.travel.
I have booked a trip of a lifetime to Canada, via Jake. Extremely competitive price even beating other agencies who have to resort to using former tv presenters to get you to trust them.

Jake and his team have been great when booking holidays for both myself and my parents.
They have always saved us money compared to big companies, and were great communicating with and helping my parents who were less experienced travelling.

Booked a last minute trip to New York City through Chloe of There.Travel.

Lots of options offered, balanced at best quality for my budget. Comparing with other package operators including some big house hold names showed a good 10-15% saving which went a long way for spending money on the trip.

Chloe was great and easy to deal with, with no issues to report. Have used since and will use again.

Fantastic experience every single time I have dealt with the team at There. Timely replies, honest opinions and all in all a great attitude to a team that love the work they do!
Before going to the big brands, always check in with independent agents like these guys as they can save you so much money and put in all the hard work in making the perfect experience for you!

Have just returned from a holiday that was booked last year.
I always say the measure of a company is how they deal with issues once your business has been secured:
My booking was affected by the war in Middle East. Totally beyond most peoples control.
The team at There Travel kept me updated and informed throughout whilst they liaised with the Hotel Operator, airlines etc. The holiday went ahead, and I have to say I found was exceptional value for money.
All was great and am looking forward to the next holiday I have booked with them.
Would recommend. Give this fledgling business a chance!

I have booked multiple holidays with There Travel, I had also booked several holidays with Jake at his previous business and have always had exceptional service. I have booked cruises, multi—city breaks and beach holidays and have never had an issue with any of them, any small errors have been rectified immediately and confirmations and receipts sent promptly. Communication is always excellent and I will never again book my holidays with anyone else. Thanks There Travel!

Appalling lack of communication and still awaiting promised refund - I quote from Col Ord’s email of 22nd March 2026 (nearly two years after initial booking!!!): “Please provide me with your bank details and we will process a cash refund for the total amount lost at £228.30. Once we have your details, which will need to be Sort Code, Account Number and full name the refund can take up to 14 days to process. I will submit it to our accounts team as soon as I get your details so realistically should be by the end of the week.”

Yet again you have made promises you do not keep. How you stay in business is totally beyond me! 😡

My absolute go-to now when booking a Virgin Voyages cruise 🤩 Col is super attentive and has all of the advice and help you could ever need. Also has the magic ability of getting nice little extras sorted for you that you can’t get when booking on your own. Would recommend to anyone, don’t book a cruise without him!

Where do I start other then WOW

I was blown away by Col from There Travel who went above and beyond in sorting a big family holiday out. Col listened to everything we desired and found us the perfect holiday, with over a £900 saving from what TUI was offering!

I’ve never used travel agencies before and always booked direct, but that is certainly a thing of the past now after using There Travel! Never booking elsewhere again.
